We hired them to put in a whole house well water filtration/softening and reverse osmosis system. We were experiencing reduced water pressure from an existing clogged home improvement store system along with high levels of unwanted minerals. The owner, [owner's name], thoroughly analyzed our water quality and explained the results and his recommendations. He also suggested a larger well pressure tank. The installation crew was very professional, efficient, neat and knowledgeable. It's been about six months with our new system and we couldn't be happier! Our water quality and pressure throughout our house is much improved. This was definitely a great investment with the right company.

We recently have moved into our new home in HandsMill in SC. We had a Water Treatment system in our former home in Matthews, NC for over 20 years and knew we couldn't live w/o one here. So, we are once again enjoying the great tasting water, silky smooth shower water and assurance we're not drinking tons of chlorine & junk everyday! - Eddie came to our home to test our water & that was a whole education for us - the former Water Treatment System company we had used before didn't educate us near like Eddie did! He was very thorough! The benefits are priceless so we had a whole house system installed! A+I highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants for your new home water filtration and reverse osmosis (RO) system. We had THE Best experience with this company. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to the completion of the job. First of all, the office staff is top notch. Quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. Then, when the owner, [Owner's Name], came out to go over everything & test the water, etc., so impressive with his long history in this field of work. He had the best information, the best testing equipment, and the best part was, he wasn't trying to sell on something we didn't need or want. He just wants you to know what's what and what his recommendations are. No pressure at all. They came out the very next day and set up the whole system in 6 hours. We couldn't believe the professionalism of his crew, the way they wear booties in the house, they put rubber mats down on the floor, they are so impressive, and friendly. They made sure we knew everything before they left so we felt comfortable with all of it. It was such a great experience. We can't thank [Owner's Name], his staff, and crew enough. Great experience. I began my search for a water treatment system and had never used North Carolina Water Consultants' list before but after this experience I am beyond thankful for Eddie and his crew. We had consulted with many others about our concerns with our well water but had never received the detailed information till we met Eddie. Eddie came to our home and explained everything in detail about our water that no one had taken the time to explain. He answered all our questions and explained all the equipment and what its purpose would be to make our water safe. Installation was scheduled in a timing manner that worked with our schedules. The office staff were great in explaining the details of the cost and answered all our questions within a timing fashion. Eddie and his crew were great, they arrived on time, explained each system and how it worked and did great work and weathered the rain that day. Each system installed is professionally done, precise and neat and they were very knowledge about their products. We are beyond pleased with the great and professional work they did and highly recommend them to others. We are so happy to now have safe drinking water and so appreciative to NC Water Consultants in making this possible.

North Carolina Water Consultants recently installed a whole-house water treatment system in our home on the lake. We wanted to have our water tested after building the home to ensure that the water would be safe for consumption; the tested sample was not. In addition, we wanted to have water that did not impair our faucets, washing machine, etc. with impurity buildup. We also wanted to eliminate the hard water stains in the toilets that we realized the well water was leaving behind. The owner, [Owner's Name], came to the house, tested the water and showed us the results as compared to allowable and safe accepted levels. Unfortunately we were outside those levels for a few of the properties. The decision to have the system installed was simple. [Owner's Name] told us that his installers were company employees and that they would arrive at our home by 9AM and have the project completed by 3PM, and that's exactly what happened! They are an extremely professional company that says what they are going to do and they do it. The quality of work is great and you can tell by the finished product that they take pride in their work. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we now feel confident that the water is safe to drink - no more bottled water! We highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants!

Eddie and the whole team at NC Water Consultants are awesome! I moved into a new home and within a short time realized how terrible the water quality was. The water department did come check it but said it was within all their acceptable parameters. Still my skin was so dry and itchy, the laundry smelled bad and the water tasted worse, even and after cooking with it and the dogs would not drink it at all. Eddie came out tested the water, explained what all the tests meant and made a custom recommendation based on my results. I know it was customized to my water situation because when they installed a system at my daughter's house it had different components (so they aren't just trying to sell you their top of line solution)! Eddie was very patient and answered all my questions. As I was about to start a major renovation, they really worked with me, installing part of the system up front to get me some relief and then coming back months later once the kitchen was done to install the rest. There were no extra charge and no attitude either. Just 'great customer experience' attitudes! An added bonus... the plumbing company who worked on my remodel knew as soon as they saw the equipment that Eddie had been here and they raved about him! They told me that NC Water Consultants is the only water treatment company they recommend!

We met with North Carolina Water Consultants to discuss our needs for a water conditioning system in our new home. The representative brought a chemistry set with him and sold us on the system by showing us the difference between clean water and what we had currently coming into our home. He was not a "sales man" he let the water speak for itself and offered various solutions. No pressure whatsoever to buy. The representative outlined each system and what it was for and the price for each unit together or each item individually. He gave us our price that day before he left and available dates to install the system. The team of installers arrived early on the day of installation. Introduced themselves and quickly went to work. We were pleasantly surprised to see a clean and tidy work station set up in our crawl space. All the parts and tools were tidy on a table, no mess was left. One of the installers was having trouble locating a water line to our ice maker and instead of drilling holes to locate, he asked for help. We were able to provide him photos of our home during the build process so he could locate the water line. It was nice that he stopped and asked instead of assuming and causing unnecessary damage to our home. My husband inspected the installation after the completion and he was very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. Soon after moving into our new house we became quite concerned about our water quality after seeing black sediment remaining in the bathtub and back of our toilets. We reached out to North Carolina Water Consultants. They came out and tested our water and educated us on the current quality. We were surprised to see the extent of dirt, metal, and other particles that we had in our water. We didn't even want our small children brushing their teeth with it anymore! We were seeing buildup around our faucets and orange spots on our white tile in the bathroom after only a short period of living in our home. They helped explain how this poor quality water could cause all these issues. North Carolina Water Consultants really knew their products and were very knowledgeable testing the water. They outlined the pricing of what we'd need to do to take care of all the issues. The pricing was very transparent. Regardless of the price, we knew we needed it after seeing the results of our current water. The crew that came out to do the install was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They did their work neatly and cleaned up behind themselves very well. They showed us a tutorial of how it worked and what we needed to do to maintain it. They answered all our questions. We are very pleased with our decision to contact them and have them install our new system to get quality water! We feel they really provided the value and quality work they advertise!

North Carolina Water Consultants came to our new home last month for installation of our Hague water filtration and softening system. My family and I could not wait for that day, especially after Ed B came out to test our water. We knew it was hard by the way we felt after bathing and seeing hard water spots everywhere, but what blew us away was learning of all the other harmful substances floating around in there! Eww, so gross! And, so bad for our health! The installation team (Christian & Chris) showed up a little early and worked quickly and efficiently. They respected our time and our home, they protected surfaces where they set up to work and completely cleaned up after themselves. Then they walked us through all they had done and answered all our questions. An added bonus is their maintenance service! They deliver bags of salt which we'll need to add to the softener system and while here they'll do some maintenance work to keep everything in good working order! We knew living anywhere near Lake Norman meant having serious water issues and we are SO glad that we had North Carolina Water Consultants come and install our Hague (made in the USA) water filtration and softening system. After a month of use we discovered another added benefit. We use far less hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, etc to clean! I dont even use fabric softener anymore! Love that! We had hard water and we wanted to see what our options were. After researching about water quality, we decided yo have North Carolina Water Consultants out to provide feedback. The consultation was free and we scheduled a home inspection for a couple days later. Eddie, our water specialist, was very informed about their product and he taught us a lot about water do's and don'ts. The inspection proved that we had really bad water, well beyond the hard water we suspected. If not addressed, our plumbing would worsen and for health and safety issues, we felt that since water was truly a vital aspect of our everyday life, we had to bring in a system that would give us peace of mind. The consultation went smoothly and we certainly did not feel pressured. Installation was on Friday, December 18. the team was efficient and knowledgeable about the product and equipment we purchased. They started with the line from the well that runs to the house and made sure the pressure was set correctly so that everything would run smoothly. All new drinking water lines were ran to the sink and the fridge. Everything was calibrated correctly. The team installed the new tanks and removed all packaging. It's been over a month since the WaterMax system was installed. We are highly impressed with the system. You can feel the change in water quality and taste the difference with the first sip. Laundry comes out cleaner and smells great. Dishes and glassware dries fast and spotless. Our skin and hair looks and feels healthy, shiny and clean. Overall, it's like visiting the spa daily in your own home. Truly the most beneficial purchase of out life. We moved to Mooresville several months ago and were concerned about the quality of water after speaking to several new neighbors. We immediately contacted North Carolina Water Consultants so we could get a definitive analysis of our well water. We were extremely impressed with John (the owner) who we met first. Our kitchen seemed to be transformed into an amazing laboratory as he performed different tests on our water. He explained each test and each result thoroughly. After analyzing our water he provided recommendations based on his findings. We had complete confidence in the information he provided as well as the recommendations he gave to us. We wanted to have the peace of mind that our water would be as safe as possible for us and our dogs so we opted to get a whole house filtration system with ultraviolet reverse osmosis. John arranged a date of installation that same day for us. When the crew arrived on the day of installation everyone was very professional, very personable and very respectful of our home (mats were put on the floor, pads were placed on countertops and everything was spotless when they left). They also reviewed the filtration and ultraviolet units, explained what each component did and provided us with instructions on how to maintain the system. It looks great too! We have had the system for several months now and we could not be happier with our water. I used to really dislike drinking water in general. I actually enjoy drinking it now and that is a big deal for me! We no longer have mineral deposits in the tanks of our toilets or hard water stains in our sinks, showers or our toilets. We also noticed our skin is not dry and itchy as it had been before the system was installed. Ol my goodness, where do I begin?! Eddie came out to test our water, and didn't just come to take a water sample with him and get back to us. He tested our water on the spot, which was a very important process for me. We hooked a water filtration system up to our water after we bought our home in 2014, without knowing absolutely anything about bad water or water systems, we ordered from an online company , mailed in a water sample and they SENT OUT the setup, they did not come out and set it up, we did...and that is like hiring a plumber to do electrical work..it just ain't gonna happen, not the right way! Anyways..6 years later and ready to put my house up for sale because I am so disgusted with our water, I saw someone asking for references for someone who could help with their orange water issues, thats where Eddies name came in and from there I done my research then called Eddie. This was almost the best day of my life! He came out, felt like we knew him all of our life..super nice, very professional and 200% knew what he was doing and talking about. He didn't come out to sell us anything, he came to test our water and tell us how it could be fixed. With that being said, he SHOWED us how easy it would be to take the high amount levels of Iron, Iron Bacteria and Ph and normalize them all and get our water clear, drinkable, non smelling and just safe all together and that is what sold his system. His guys CAME OUT on 12/4 and installed our whole water system. These guys are off the hook!- totally knew their stuff, wasn't a question I asked that they couldn't answer. Very professional guys with awesome manners (some may not care about that, but that was a biggie for me). I so recommend North Carolina Water Consultants, they will forever be my to go to water company. Because of them I have great water today and I am very thankful for that!

It's been a pleasure meeting Eddie Brown from North Carolina Water consultants. We live on Lake Norman, and because we have well water, we felt it was a health issue to test and clean our water. The office assistant was very helpful, friendly and efficient when setting up an appointment for Eddie to come to our home to do water testing (in our presence). We received confirmations and reminders from them to remind us of our upcoming appointment with Eddie. Eddie arrived at our house exactly as expected. My husband and I are very impressed with his water quality / chemistry knowledge, particularly in the Lake Norman area, and we were very pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. The water from our kitchen sink tested as very acidic and very hard, and he was very patient answering 100's of our questions. He was able to answer our questions in layman's terms, which my husband was fairly able to follow because of his background in science. He then asked to look at our bathroom faucets to check for corrosion, and he looked for mineral dust in the floor of our toilet tanks - which we indeed had. Eddie had brochures of the filter system equipment he trusts to install - we were very impressed with the quality equipment which he uses in his systems and he was able to explain how this equipment produces the best quality safe clean water. We were given 4-5 dates, all approximately 3 weeks wait time, that we could choose for our installation. Eddie's personally trained crew consists of 3 men, all were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very respectful of our house. Although it was raining on our installation day, they made very little mess. Our water system includes 1 small tank to filter small granite dust particles from our well water, 1 water cleaning tank, 2 water softening tanks, (one is to hold their pure salt). These were installed on our basement floor near an outer wall, and an ultraviolet tube to clean the water of bacteria, was installed on the wall above the tanks - the men installed the equipment with attention to detail so the appearance of the entire system is very organized. The installers worked quickly and with confidence. They also answered our many questions. In addition, we chose to purchase a reverse osmosis system which is installed under our kitchen sink. This system removes heavy toxic chemicals. The tanks take approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the space under our farm house sink. A small cold water faucet was installed on our counter top using our soap pump hole (to avoid having to drill another faucet hole in the quartz counter). We were shown a catalog which we could chose a small faucet from which would closely match our kitchen faucet. Eddie's crew, of 3 very experienced men, took approximately 3 1/2 hours to complete our filtration system installation. The last step was to clear out the mineral dust/debris in our toilet tanks which was there prior to the installation of the filtration system. One of our toilets seemed to be taking too long to refill after the tank was cleaned so Eddie returned 2 days later to adjust that toilet - we were very impressed by this extra house call - Eddie is determined to satisfy his customers 100%. We would definitely recommend him and his crew for water testing and a water filtration system installation without hesitation. He gets 5+ stars from us.
