After researching for a company that would provide protection from web slugs looking to harm your computer I found a company that that does their bidding absolutely free of charge, I bought one of their IP addresses which has been put on a list to not be allowed access, when I used their services I was not allowed access to various website which I had used in the past, I received messages form the that if I didn't have ny options correc they couldn't protect me -- never said whar those options were,
I was sold by a two year special they were advertising and now I wish I never heard of them!
Recommendation: Please, please, please steer clear of this company.
I had someone set this up for me, somehow, I must have entered a lifetime deal. After a couple years there was a bill on my credit card for Nord. The program actually locked up my computer, I had to take it to a shop where they HAD to remove it. I don't know where to go from here but BUYER BEYARE. I had tried to cancel but they don't use the phone, so I disputed the charge. This was before they notified me of my account expiring. They demand I pay for service I tried to cancel, before it actually expired. They are greedy crooks.
Do NOT go anywhere near this company. I bought a two year package which requires a 6 digit confirmation code to be sent to your email so you can set it up. The code never arrived. I requested a resend and checked my spam folder. Nothing. You cannot contact the company. Money down the drain.
