I have TP Link Router that is set up to manage VPN’s. I purchased Nord with the single purpose of Configuring the router for whole home protection. The website instructions are fair but if you run into a snag you are toast. This is how it works. you describe the problem and a day later you get a response. If the first solution does not work you report it and a day later you get a second response. If the second solution does not work then so on and so forth. Your solutions come in increments separated by a day. As if that wasn’t bad enough the responses come from different techs each time without your response so the history is buried in separate emails.
