I was recently shopping in NYC for shoes that were supportive, I wear a size 7 and have never had a problem with NIKE before, I purchased shoes at the JCP there because my feet needed them. I thought the size felt different, but desperately needed shoes because my current pair of shoes were not cutting the 8 mile/day walking.
After I left NYC, I came back home and used my NIKEs to workout in...that's when i really noticed a different in how they felt. I was in step class yesterday, and stepped wrong...i can usually correct my self but had the instability of the shoe...and i now have an ER bill( urgent care refused to see me because they felt it was broken) and a severe sprain. I will post pictures of my previous pair of nike shoes that were fantastic with fit and performance..but were getting worn from always wearing and the new pair...that i have had for only 1 month and are starting to fall apart and are the wrong size...even though all sizing match up inside the shoe.

My daughter has worn these for approx 4-5 months and this started happening with the front of the shoes rubber bottom pealing away. I super glued them shut once, but still no resolution as they tore apart.

Please advise as I would like to still utilize Nike as our tennis shoe choice form my 9 and 12 year old daughters.

I walk in to the nike store starting looking for some shoes for my self. And I m looking at the shoes one off the workers asked me if I need some help I said no thank you. After like 10 minutes I noticed the one of the workers walked like 5 times I looked at him and I think he is just fixing the boxes of the shoes. I found some shoes for my self. I asked one of the employees if he got the same shoes on size 5 or 6 she take me to the kids shoes area. I call my wife to bring my son to try some shoes. I started walking around the store looking for sucks and shorts I noticed that one of your employees it's just acting like if his working but his looking at me like if I was going to still something. He follow me for around 40 minutes throw the store. Also I think tha they called the police because they were sure the I was going to still something. The officials walked next to me like 3 times. They left after they look the I was with my little boy. Finally I got what I was looking for. On my way to the cashier she followed me. I told the cashier if she was the manager. She said no she called one I told her that. How discriminated and harassed by the employee. Took to the manager about how racist anddisrespectful the employee was acting. Just because I m mexican doesn't mean i'm a diff or how I dress

My name is Zach Conrad. I live in Charleston South Carolina and I own a gym call Chucktown Fitness. We specialize in personal training and group hit classes.I bought a pair of Nike cross training shoes about 2 1/2 months ago. I like the way they feel and because they are flat they are perfect for the cross training type of workouts that we do. After about two months the shoes completely started tearing apart. Overall the function of the shoe works but around the front of the shoe where the creases when you walk the fabric has completely come apart in the shoes look absolutely terrible. It's a bit of a running joke in the gym now with my clients. I keep telling them I refuse to buy new shoes even though they are falling apart because I feel like I just bought these. I've never been one to complain And do not agree with blasting negative comments on any forums because I understand how bad this is for business. However I do not have anything good to say about the shoe. I would like to be able to promote Nike products as I am in front of lots of people every day. If possible I would like for Nike to make this right and send me a new pair shoes. Please let me know how this process works. I'd also be interested in being some sort of ambassador for Nike shoes and clothes as me and my trainers have a lot of influence on recommendations for athletic gear for clients.

My mom got me this tan hoodie with the zipper that goes half way and it has a black nick symbol on it, I wore it to my nephews school graduation and when I got back home I washed the sweatshirt and when I pulled it out of the washer to hang dry it has black marks all over it, not sure what is going on that a expensive bike sweatshirt would bleed and now is nothing that I can wear

Hi Ive had my Nike Airs for about a year. Ive recently been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I went to the doctors about my left foot. I realised then that my trainers didn't have any cushioning at all. This could be one of the causes. Ive invested in some trainers with cushioning and the problem has reduced slightly. Im not very happy about experiencing this its been excutiating. Id like to know what you plan to do?

I bought a pair of Nike remax or airmax shoes I don't know which one it is. I wore them and they squeak and make an odd sound when I walk in them. I wish I could customize and make a shoe named after me. I am so frustrated because I love the Nike brand and I go to a school where Nike is the primary brand under contract. I recently downloaded the training app. I would hate to give Nike a bad reputation and I do truly tell people to buy Nike products because of the quality and experience you get. I don't want to have to tell them they are faulty in production. If you could help that would be great as I said I'd love to design my own pair of shoes and put my name on it. That would be awesome and great compensation. I can assure you I'd be a satisfied customer and I'd be sure to tell all my friends and show off my rad pair of shoes I designed. It'd be great publicity as well. I hope you can help. Thank you and I look forward to the solution to fix my problem.

We purchased the Nike Triple Jump shoes for my son, back in end of March, for the outdoor track and field season- less than 2 months later the instep on his plant foot is beginning to separate from the upper part of the shoe. Causing his foot to more more than it's supposed to. As the season is still in full swing I would like a replacement pair. He is in the middle of championship run and needs to have everything working properly. Shoes being a big part of the performance. We are a Nike house hold and I've never seen a pair of shoes start to break down so fast. 3 league meets and 5 invitationals, approximately 24 jumps on these shoes. We bought basketball shoes for my son. We buy Nike often and have usually had great results. He only wore them 10-12 times in the gym and and about the 4th time he wore them, the toe began to peel away from the shoe. I wondered if there is a way to replace or repair them. I hate to waste money and I feel like these shoes were. Please contact me with any questions. I have pictures attached.

I've been an avid nike user and fanboy for years. As I got more into weightlifting, I jumped on the romaleos 3 bandwagon with my friends. I was new to the sport and really should have done more research. The sole is made out of 2 pieces, rubber and plastic, and the rubber chipped away after barely any use. The plastic showed signs of cracking after barely 3 months of training 3 times a week in them. Shortly thereafter the tongue ripped on one of the shoes. Overall, the 3s are the most disappointing training shoe I have used in a long long time. I snagged myself a pair of romaleos 2s off ebay and they are nothing short of phenomenal. I was hoping I could at least get some sort of store credit for my 3s even after their use and being 2 years after manufacture date.

Overall, disappointment of a shoe and I will never be lifting in a new nike lifting shoe as long as I can have 2s off of ebay.

Bought a pair of Nike basketball shoes in December 2018 and they blew out on the side already here in May 2019. I only play basketball twice a week and disappointed in paying $80 for a pair of shoes that only last 6 months. This is the first pair of Nike basketball shoes that this has happened to for me. My last pair lasted four years.

I won a raffle for the Travis Scott Af1 which was released Saturday May 11 2019 Nike.com took the funds from my account. after speaking to 4 diffrent customer service reps who seemed bothered and told me no one will contact me cause it's not important told me I won't be receiving my item. (which was a Mother's Day gift) completely ruined my Mother's Day
Family time) it was all the funds I had. Now I have no gift for mom nor do I have the money to purchase something else

The toes in my shoes seem to be pointing inward causing my big toes to rub on side of shoes..Really weird..My son bought me these for mother's day and I walk alot ..But are really bothering my heal and my toes..Maybe have an imperfection. I would like to exchange ..size is 9 in mens.. All black.black black. I work for a state park and walk alot i wore one day and they were disappointing..I can't afford shoes like these but my son was gracious enough to get them for me.

I bought these shoes for my son in March it hasnt even been two months yet and the side rubber part of the shoe came off. Here is the proof of the picture of the shoe and the receipt of when i purschaed it. I always buy nike shoes and i couldn't believe this happened to me. Is there a way i can get a refund or a credit to buy new shoes.

Please see attached pictures. I put these on Saturday morning and went to run. I didn't take but a short jog before they both came apart at the same time. Just letting you know I am disappointed in the performance of the product. I have owned many Nike products over the years and have never had an experience like this before or heard of it. I am looking forward to your response and or explanation as you may have seen this before.

I purchased this shoe a few days ago and upon receiving it I was very dissatisfied! The shoe seems to be made out of plastic and I've never seen a Nike product with such poor quality. I ordered this shoe online and the description didn't mention anything about a plastic shoe. I've purchased the Nike brand for over 20 years and this shoe has definitely made me think twice about purchasing again. I've wasted money on a shoe that I will never wear.

This is really weird but I have a sports bra I bought months ago with a really weird smell, after washing. I also just bought one for my daughter 4 weeks ago. She is having the same issue her Nike sports bra. They both have the same really unpleasant smell to them. They have been washed. She says it smells like burnt rubber. I really can't describe it. It's really strong. Neither one of us, want to wear them. I don't have receipts but just wanted to let you know. It would be great to get a credit to get 2 new sports bras.
Both were purchased at the Dublin, OH, Sawmill, Dick's Sporting Goods.
The blue one in photo is a women's medium. Dry fit.

I bought the shoes picture attached in France while visiting Paris at the shop Courrir three weeks ago. From the beginning the right shoe seemed to have a problem at its sole (it heart me at the front part of the sole of the foot) and recently I also realised that the inside back of the right shoe is somehow different from that of the left. Moreover, the soles of the shoes revealed extremely slippery when there is the slightest humidity on the street 5I fell twice).
I would like to return the shoes to Nike. My permanent address is in Greece. How proceed?

I am so upset that you don't make these anymore with the thicker strap. I absolutely hate the newer style that started in 2018. They feel terrible and look so cheap and they are cheaply made. Why oh why do you change something that was so Awesome. Please Please Please go back to making the WMNS CELSO THONG PLUS. Until you do I won't be buying anything Nike. My 2 sister and I bought 4-5 pairs a year but now we are buying Clarks or Sketchers. I wore these shoes almost 365 days a year. Please go back.

As I am a fan and a loyal customer of your products and your vision, I am writing you today of a serious complaint I have regarding the above mentioned shoe.
I purchased this high end shoe over 2 months ago and started having pains in my right foot. I am now seeing that due to the tightness of the shoe, I am forming a bunion on my right foot. This is painful, ugly and scary for me, .
Have you heard of this before and how can we fix this?
