im happy that u clarified that this site was fake. though i thought it looked a bit suspicious i was still skeptic. i realized they was fake when i saw another website owned by them called warehouse madness .com selling products that nike never even made. Im sorry you had to go through it. I like uptempoair.com and premiumlacesny.com for my jays. i checked out a new site called sneakerpost as well who are also legit with good pricing. they charged my card and shipped out the same day and i got my shoes 3 days later. check em out

i bought 8 pairs of air jordans in one shot. 100 dollar shoes and 4 of them just make the loudest sqeeking sound that i wont wear them anymore and they are still brand new. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY NIKE

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 90 trainers on the 28th November 2012 and they received the on the 29th November and as of today I have still not received the trainers and despite sending several e-mails to them they don't respond back and no telephone number to contact them on. One very disapppointed son on Christmas Day as they were a Christmas present for him. This is obviously a scam website and I doubt very much that I will receive these trainers or even manage to get a refund.

I have what I thought was the most beautifull nike air max shoe and i keep it amon others because it still is my favorite, But it is nkt the first time, the sole and the whole struckture at another time simply disintigrate. It is not acceptable in my opinion

My size 12 white Nike Air Max have strange red stuff coming out of the rubber on the sole of one shoe. I was cleaning the shoes off with water on a damp white rag when I began noticing something like red dye appearing on my white shoe. Looking closer, I detected more red on the shoe bottom. I decided to hold the shoe under cold running water and more red appeared. Also, the rubber started splitting open in a weird way and the red specks were more prevalent. The red tends to come out if it gets on the white fabric. However, it is difficult to remove from the rubber. I do have pictures that I would love to share with Nike.

Bought a pair of NIKE AIR. ONLY WORN about five times. The treads started falling off. Caused me to tip and fall, I was vacationing at the time. In two days time all of the glued treads fell off. I recovered nearly all the treads the rest of the treads are somewhere on the streets of Venice FL. I am expecting a full replacement from the great big conglomerate company called NIKE.

i just took a pair of air maxs i bought in 06 out of the closet to start wearing. I had only worn them about a dozen times back then because i wanted to keep them in mint condition. So the othr day I wipe them off and i notice that the soles are coming apart where the bottom most part is glued to the air bubble part.

I can understand that glue will break down after some time but then I can also understand that there ARE glues that dont. I understand that there are even ultrasonic methods of bonding plastics which i figure a company like NIKE would use.

I have a nice pair of nike air max, they are very comfortable except for my left sneaker some how the air is very low, so it feels weard to walk. What should i do. Did i waste my money, or do i just give them away

Same problem. I had not worn my shoes in about a year, put them on today, and nearly stumbled when the soles of both shoes detached. I was merely walking in order to pick up trash on the road, not jogging as I usually do, or I would most likely have taken a tumble. This is not only a defective product issue, but also it is a safety concern. Somebody is gonna get badly hurt (or killed) if they have not already from these shoddy shoes.

I had the same problem this morning - 25th August 2010.

The shoes were bought more than a year ago, but they have only been worn about 4 times and the soles are like new. . They suddenly began to come apart whilst running in the gym. . they have only been used in the gym and have never been used on the road.

I bought my daughter a pair of Nike to start school in September. She wore them one time to the fair. the sole fell off nearly causing her to trip. She thought I would be upset so she did not tell me right away. When she did I nearly cried. I am a single mother and cannot return these to the store. I did go to the merchant and got nowhere. They wanted to tell me that I must have washed them. NOT SO ! The sole does not even fit the shoe and has no glue what so ever. This is unacceptable. I recently purchased a pair of Nike, have had them for over 30 days and do not have my receipt or box. They are continuing to squeek, they have done this since I bought them and I thought I just needed to "break" them in however the problem continues everytime I wear them. Do you want them back or do I just eat 60 dollars worth of tennis shoes?

eBay has a resolution center. They might be able to help.

You could technically write a few emails to them ( http://www.nike.com/renov/nikestore/us/v1/us/en/info/help.jsp ), or even do a live chat with an agent, and patiently wait for a response - or better yet, a resolution. If you don't get the same world-class customer service treatment as what their prices look like, then contact the BBB. A faulty product is not only a terrible matter in itself, but it's also a major safety issue for the user. If they don't do anything about it then advertise this situation on any social sites, maybe even make a video of your issue and post it on youtube! Drag those dirt-bags through the same mud they are dragging you through now!

I put my order in on March 3, 2010 and money was taking out of my account on March 5, 2010 and I still have not received a tracking number or email saying my order has shipped. I have been looking up my order number on their site and it says it is processing but it has been saying that.

My 12 year old purchased a pair of Nike Air Max trainers with her pocket money (saved especially for these trainers). They were purchased for £65 about 9 weeks ago. The support at the heel as broken leaving a plastic bar pushing through the fabric. She has only worn them a handful of times and she started complaining saying they were hurting her. They have left bruising and it has also cut into her heel quite badly ( I have photographs if needed ). We bought them from JD SPORTS at Deepdale Preston so I took them back and showed them the problem but as we couldn't find the original receipt they didn't replace them, they just advised me to make a complaint. I got back home and told my daughter and she was distraught as she had saved her money for months to buy them. I never complain about things normally but I never expected these expensive, high quality brand of trainer to cause any physical damage to my child. I am worried that this may be a fault with the trainers but the service I have received so far has been appalling. I have got no were else to go so i'm writing to you, can you please help? i recently purchased some nike trainers for my daughter for her birthday, she has had the trainers for two weeks and the stitching has come away at the front and formed a hole. i am very annoyed by this as they weren't cheap and i cannot afford to buy her more. i returned them back to the store and was told they couldn't help me and that i would have to complain. i am absolutely disgusted by this and would like a refund on the trainers or this matter will be taken further.

I bought a pair off Nike air max junior trainers size 13 from JD Sports in Hull, this has been the 6th pair i've bought in total for my three children. Each time after 3 weeks off wearing them the stitching has come away around where the toes are at the front off the trainer. These type off trainers have always been my favourite, i've always worn them and i've always wanted them for my kids. But this particular pair i paid £35.99 for them and after 2 and a half weeks off wearing them the same thing happened again. I've never complained about anything in my life but, Nike are supposed to be a popular brand and certainly world wide. They have really gone down in my estimations, you can't fault the clothing its really quality but something has to be done about the stitching. I still and always will prefer the Air Max Classic's, but i can't keep returning them.

I have purchased a pair of your air max 95's £115 and I have been wondering for a while why the swoosh on the left trainer is on the inside of the trainer, so i took them into a local JD store and they said they should not be like that they are misprinted and to contact nike, what will be done about this problem ?

i brought nike running trainers, wore it for 2 hours after 2 hours my skin came off back off the heal next day puss was coming out of it and foot swallen up, for a week i was in pain, i then went to the doctor shown my foot they said i have got infection and put me on medication. Flucloxacillin 500mg 4 times a day an might need a second dose .
Returned my trainers after a week and when the shop checked it, they said it was a fault with the trainer.

i got some Nike air max 360 after one week the air bubble has gone flat i went back to the store and they told me i couldn't do anything about it as this is the reason why this type of trainer is no longer being sold this is not good enough if they knew this was a problem then they should refund me! this is very disappointing to me as i have always worn Nike but no more

Old thread but same complaint. Toes falling apart after less than a month of wearing. I have hand sewn them back together. Nike is junk.

I have had enough myself, at least a dozen pair over the last 10 years, some I hardly ever used as well. The Nike Monarch was the main shoe I was using and ALWAYS the front would fall apart, today a pair I have worn MAYBE 50x the backs (heel area) is falling off.

I will never wear or buy Nike shoes again. The last 3 pairs have literally fallen apart. The last 3 pairs all the glue around the toes or heels makes the soles simply fall off. Once while driving a pair of Nike's was stuck on my gas pedal. I looked down and the top of my sole had somehow gotten stuck on it due to the glue failing and half of the sole was off. The shoes were only 2 months old and I had only worn them less than a dozen times. Nike use to be a good quality shoe but not any longer. Over priced and extremely poor quality.

I would like to say a few things, first I had a few pair of nike some good and some bad, it seems like the new nikes shoe has some troubles, I had a pair of zooms fall apart at the sole, but other lasted 2 or 3 years but they were older models were better shoe, OK I live in Eugene Oregon from the 1960s to the 1980s, my dad was the food manager for the University of Oregon, my family lived about a block away from hayward field the track field where Steve Prefontaine he broke a few running records, and him and Bill bowerman were friends and Steve worked for bill make nikes, at the time back in the 70s, will when Steve went the Munich Germany back in 1972, I had a few friends that were friend with steve, will when Steve went to the 1972 Munich Olympics, steve or bill made nike shoe just for steve to win the race, Steve came in fouth place, but he should have come in second place, their was Viren from finland, and to tell the truth Steve could not win Viren, but he should have come in second place, but it was for nike just a few yards the nike fell apart, steve was pissoff after the race he took his shoe off and wanted to kill nike for falling apart, I was a paper boy at the time I delivered papers to Steve and all the campus living dorms and frat houses and so on, so when Steve came back from munich he told just a few of his friends what really happen, Steve should not told my friend john, jhon was a friend of my little sister, and john told me and the next thing most of all the campus in the U.F.O. knew about the true storey, about the nike made Steve lose the race, you can see it on youtube where he started to stumble, that's where the nike fell apart, Steve should have got the silver, viren was just to fast for Steve, my little sister date mac wilkins, my little sister was a little lose a the time, when Steve die when his MG rolled over, it was right in front on my junior football coach not sure how to spell his name Mr.alverodle went to his MG and try to push the car off Steve, my coach was on my paper route to, if Bill Bowerman heard what I'm saying about his nike shoe he would kill me, bill was a real red neck, only a few knew about what I saying about nike, but it was for Steve after in 1972 the nike shoes just took off sky high, bill used Steve to sell his nike shoe, Steve was so popular crowed of everybody love steve on campus at the time Bill knew that, so bill got Steve in on the nike just to make sale up

ya your right my 2009 nike zooms fell apart in 2 1/2 month vary light use, and they are real nike not fake or bootleg real nike, ya nike will give you a voucher to by new shoes [protected], 2009 must be bad bash of shoes for nike, now I had a pair of air force 2006 they lasted 2 years under heavy everyday use, china must of just got really piss off at the U.S.A. that year of 2009, and made bad shoes, will I'm getting a voucher to buy a new pair of shoe, I guess I'll go to footlocker and get another pair of air force, zooms no way, but I'm going to wear the heck out of them for the first few month, because the nike guarantee is only good for 2 years from the date the shoe are made, hope someday nike will make their shoes in the U.S.A. Nike denied my warranty claim saying their 2-Year Air Monarch warranty only covers shoes FUNCTIONAL OR SAFETY DEFECTS caused by Nike manufacturing error.

Nike Air Monarch warranty claims are summarily denied by Nike if COSMETIC DEFECTS such as shoe squeaks, discolored fabric/leather, or excessive material wear and tear caused by normal use discussed with the purchaser.

The Nike Warranty Support Dept I called by phone verbally refused to allow my defective squeaking shoes be inspected by Nike for defects, denied my request to speak to his Supervisor, and he said the standard Nike policy was to automatically deny shoe squeak warranty claims as a COSMETIC DEFECT.

I suspect Nike uses 3rd party contractor companies - not Nike employees - for telephone support in denying warranty claims. This seems to be a Nike choice and "firewall" legal tactic that may enable Nike to avoid direct knowledge, responsibility, and corrective action regarding consumer complaints about issues like squeaking shoes.

According to Nike Warranty Support, Nike has different product warranties that apply for the same shoe models sold at Nike-owned Company Stores and 3rd Party "Nike Authorized" retail partners. Nike tells consumers only Nike company stores or Nike-Authorized retailers where the product was purchased with a sales receipt can provide consumers warranty service. The problem I experienced is the local Nike-Authorized retail store where I purchased the Air Monarch told me to call Nike corporate about warranty concerns and the Nike Warranty Support department told me to go back to the Nike-Authorized retailer. Nike simply will not take the lead in resolving Nike shoe products squeaking due to defective manufacturing process or materials Nike used to make the shoes.

I wonder if Nike's confusion about Warranty terms and conditions may be reasons why Nike does not seem to include written copies of what is and is not covered by the Nike 2-Year warranty.

I have the squeaky shoe issue with my Nike Zoom Air Pegasus. Right shoe squeaks. Left one doesn't. I noticed that the inner sole that is stitched crinkles/curls up quite a bit and squeaks on the right when I bend it. The left one creases where I bend it and stays better attached to the bottom sole. It appears the right one probably didn't have adhesive properly applied. Most people probably believe it is the air pockets/bubbles, but is more than likely the stitched insole that is loose.

I had the same issue with a pair of Air Jordan 5 white cement. I got a new pair shipped back to me and this time wasn't squeaky, but after wearing them twice the squeak started again. I was so pissed that I just wanted to thrown them away. What I did is that I removed the insole, sprayed some wd40 with some powder and the squeak is gone.

I too bought a pair of REAX and two weeks later the left started then 1 week later the right started SQUEAK SQEAK SQUEAK! 1st pair of nike I've bought in 30 years and the last. I'm going to try dry lube spray and see. You spend $85 for a pair of shoes they should at least be quiet!

i got a pair of Nike Lebron 12 lows and after about the 5th time wearing them they started squeaking in the airbag of the left shoe. I believe Nike should replace them.

i am unable to purchase shoes of size "europe 48" as the same are being very very scantily stocked at the retail outlets. And those that are availbale are very very costly and also not suited for my needs.

my son bought a pair of nike mercuriel puple/white football boots to start using for this season (sept) and uses them 2 times a week. They have started to split on the white area on both boots. They cost 58.00 and I am disguisted at the short length of time they have lasted.

My other son bought at the same time Adidas adinova boots and uses them the same amount of time costing 21.00 and they are still in perfect condition

I bought from them about 2 months ago, i bought a pair of nike shox and 3 pair of oakleys, I ordered on a thursday and got my stuff within a week, I paid paypal so if they did rip me off then i could get my money back, i Paid 40 for the shoes ans 14 a pair on the glasses and 21 shipping, when i got my order I was missing one pair of glasses and one pair was broke, so i got one pair and it was the wrong color, the shoes are defently fake as hell and so are the glasses. I have worn the shoes every day since i got them and they are not the worst pair of shoes i have even worn but far from the best, the sole has already started to peel off and the yellow has turned to black, so for 40 bucks it is a toss up but i do not think i will buy from again, and with the glasses i sent an email and had a refund for 2 pair within hours
