Niagara Credit Solutions Credit Collection

Had a notification that I needed to contact them regarding a four year old debt that was among others when I filed for Bankruptcy! Most of the credit card debt got resolved in that being a senior citizen on social security and my wife's passing, there was no way of paying off the debt. It has been resolved, except for this one that I was just notified of. Was told there was a lien against my home, called my attorney and he told me to call them and ask for documentation. 'This lien was supposed to have filed over four years ago and I'm just now hearing about it. I've had a brand new credit card opened and nothing was there about this for their records. So, therefore, since haven't received the documentation after waiting three weeks, called again and got message center. So, if this company is legitimate, they sure have strange way of performing their duties. So, after reading about the many, many, many complaints, realize they are hustlers, harassers and not a company to deal with. If continue to have a problem, I'm following up a call I made to the District Attorney's office in Oklahoma. Enough of this type of operation who threaten people.

Bonnie on of the collector was phoning at home. I had told her that i was in a financial bin, that I would call her back on Friday, Oct 24 after i found out about my finance. a day later she called again and than she start calling my work and another guys was calling and i was too busy to answer the call.
On Saturday, 25th she called again and i told her the i had no money left after paying car payment and utitiles. She got pretty upset and told me that I need to pay before the end of October. I told I can sent some money on the 5th of Nov., she told me that I need to sent before than. She was really nasty and yelling at me. I told her I wanted to her supervisor and she put thru a guy name Jsoeph Ciesielai. When he got on he started to harasse me that he will fax to an attorney to get my wages garnished for over a thousand of dollars which is attorny and he also asked if I am mental sane that I didn't understand what he was talking about. He told me if I did'nt sent money by 5:00 today Oct 27, that I will get my wage garnished. I told him that I didn't have any money and he me to borrow or get a loan somewhere but to pay. He gave me his name and phone number to contact him after I sent the money.

I know I owe money to Sam's club but right now I don't have the money to sent. I want this people to stop harassing me at home and work.

Niagara credit solutions contacted my job, stating that LVNV FUNDING had won a judgment claim against me and they are going to have my wages garnished. 1st of all a few years ago lvnv had contacted me and we had concluded they were going after the wrong person as my info did not match wat they had on file. I got the debt of my credit report and that was that. Mind you that was back in 2013. Now today this idiot named RHONDA from niagara credit solution contacted my job and told her she wanted payment. I called her to find out what was going on and all she could say was she wanted payment and that's all that needed to be discussed. And if I don't set up payment arrangements they were coming after my family for whatever they owned. I have never heard of this crap before. The debt does not belong to me and they don't care.

My daughter got a letter from then stating they would allow her to pay $25 a month and when she called them they told her it was unauthorized. That unless she did a check for 5500.00 by 9-30 they would sue her. I was not home to help with the situtation. So she did it. I had her call back and she spoke to Frank Salvini and he told her to stop yelling at him. She was not yelling then he told her the deal was only for senior citizens or if you are on social security. and he hung up on her. So we called back and he started screaming at her and told her that she will never be offered a lessor deal to pay off the debt and she will be paying it off for the rest of her life and he had nothing left to say to her and yet again hung up on her. We again called back and he was still screaming. He said I am trying to help you but you don't want to help yourself.
When she questioned him about why she got the letter he had no answer, so she said fine take me to court but I have a letter stating I can pay $25 amonth and you are now telling me I can't? I am willing to pay the $25 so I am pretty sure in court I would win considering I do have a letter stating they are offering me that.
They are just trying to bully me I was laid-off work all summer just went back 2 weeks ago Frank Salvini told me to go find another job. I sure wish someone would call one of his family members and talk to him they way he talked to me.
He then told me he would only accept a money order from me. Well I set it up in my online banking I am not going to pay for a money order.
I really hope no one else has to deal with these idiots. I know I have the debt and I am will to make these payments. But these people are just ###s. What a joke.

Have been a mediator between my son and Niagra Credit Solution. Was able to arrange monthly bill payments through bank. Now my son switched banks, the payment was not available. Bonnie was nice and tried to work with me since my son is overseas in the military, communication with him is not on a daily basis. However, there must be a deadline. And now Bonnie has been calling everyday. Even though I told her that the missed payment will be made this month. Now she is saying she can't wait. My son has 2 days to make that payment because it is a federal offense to bounce checks across state lines. It was a direct withdrawal from the account. My mother who is also on the account, offered to make the payment if Bonnie would send something in writing. Bonnie said that would not be possible to send a letter and get a payment within 2 days. I told her to email or fax the letter to me. She said, send the payment then I will send the letter. She started yelling that she has been working with me because my son is in the military but if she doesn't get that $200 in 2 days she will be forced to hand this over to the legal dept and that this would not be good for my son because he is in the military. I kept trying to tell her that my mother agreed to send the money for my son, all she has to do is fax me a letter. But she just kept yelling and she wouldn't let me talk and while she was yelling I asked my husband, who is a collector, is there any reason why she can't send a letter. She says she can't send a letter. he said, no, legally, she has to send a letter if the account is delinquent. Then she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else. He faxed me a letter within minutes of speaking to him.

I WAS ABOUT TO COMPLAIN BUT I REALIZE THAT WE DID THIS TO OUR SELF INSTEAD OF SAVING WE GO OVER OUR HEADS CHARGE TO THE MAX AND LEAVE IT TO THE ECONOMY TO PICK UP THE DEBT NOW WE ARE SO SCREWED IN THE WORLD THAT I FEEL BAD AT MY OWN ACTIONS WE WHERE ALWAYS TOLD TO LEARN HOW TO CRAWL BEFORE YOU WALK AND ALL WE DO IS RACK UP BILLS AND PUSH THEM OFF. SO I WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON IN DEBT TO CLAIM MY OWN ACTIONS AND GIVE NO EXCUSES I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MATURE NOT TOOK MONEY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE . SO WE ALL NEED TO GROW UP AND PAY OUR BILLS AND NOT TRY TO SCAM OUR ECONOMY ANYMORE THEN WHAT IT IS. THE US DOLLAR IS EQUAL TO CANADA DOLLAR THAT SHOULD BE A MESSAGE PEOPLE AND IF THE GOVERNMENT TAKES OVER DEBT WE ARE ALL SCREWED

I agree totally with the above & numerous complaints against this company. My unpleasant experienced occurred this morning at 8:20 am. I have no account or debt with this company but they are calling my house for someone who no longer lives there. I inform the lady of who I was speaking to and she began to yell about why she wasn’t told this a month ago. I explained to her that I had never spoken to her so I'm not sure what she is talking about. She continued to yell & hang up on me. I called back and spoke to a man this time asking for the contact information of who I would send a written complaint to. He then proceeds with asking me my account information, I inform him I do not have an account I just want the information to file a formal complaint. He then proceeds to get nasty and say you just want to get people in trouble and you don't know your phone #. I told him my home # is not the issue & why was he refusing to give me the information I requested. He then stated he would forward me to the supervisor. I then speak to the supervisor "Frank" who in turn begins to yell because I do not have any contact information for the person they were calling for and he tells me prior to hanging up never to call them. Mind you the whole time I was repeatedly saying I have no business with your company & all I am looking for is contact information in order to file a formal complaint. This is the 2nd person I spoke to and they refused to provide me with information I have a right to. I then call back and dial "0" to speak to the operator to my dismay was very pleasant & helpful. She provided me with the contact information to file my complaint and asked that I speak to another supervisor regarding my experience. I was transferred to Mr. Anterline (however you spell it) and he listen to me as I explained my horrible experience with 3 of his staff and how I was outraged by their horrible attitudes & refusal to provide me with information to file a complaint. He then starts to get smart because he asked a question which was not clear (to be honest I don't think these people over there have any common sense or intelligent enough to comprehend anything) which I pointed out to him. The funny thing is that they want to dish out smart remarks but when you give it right back to them they get their panties all twisted and start yelling & bullying you. The only thing is I will get just as dirty with them I do not have to tolerate any of their behavior and/or harassment. In my conversation with this supervisor I asked that my phone # be removed & have his dumb ### operations/collectors whatever they call themselves to stop calling my home. I have since called back & spoke to Richard Crane who has confirmed that my # has been removed from their system. I am still going to pursue my compliant to all agencies I am able to because their treatment of people is disgusting & unacceptable. We are human beings just like them and being we are in unfortunate situation that causes people to be behind or owe money does not give them the right to yell, harass or bully anyone. They deserve to loose their right to do business and I will try my nest to ensure that.

I have a credit card debt of $935.00 and Niagara Credit Solutions are now the proud owners of my collection file. I spoke to a nice guy to set up monthly payments so I can finally get rid of this debt. The first payment was set to be directly deducted out of my account. A few days after setting this up, I was admitted into the hospital for a miscarriage, my first pregnancy, and have not been in work for a couple of weeks, therefore, i have not received payroll checks which ultimately means that no money is in my account. I called as soon as I got home from the hospital and spoke to the most rude man by the name of "Alex" who stated that there was no way that they could push my payment back a week. I explained that there was not going to be any money in the acct and he said that he could direct me to the local sheriff's office and they could explain what happens to people when they bounce checks cross states. I was in shocked. I explained the situation with the miscarriage and why money was not available and he stated that my child was lucky to get out while he could as its mother was irresponsible and would not be able to afford to feed. he also that I was being a baby about not going to work because miscarriages are not that big of deal. With him being a man, I guess he is right..WHATEVER! I asked to speak to supervisor and he told me to call back and hung up on me. So i called back and got the same guy and he acted like he never spoke to me in the first place and made me explain the situation again. He kept telling me that I needed to calm down when I never raised my voice a notch and was being more nice than I should have been. He then stated that they were going to deduct the money out of my acct regardless, and had I been nice to him, he would have been more pleasant and that I could have gotten my payment pushed back and he told me to have a nice f*cking day and AGAIN hung up on me...Needless to say. I stopped the payment on the check, changed my acct information. I went directly through the original debtor and made arrangements with them instead. These people are ruthless and should not be able to talk to people in the way that they do. Upon researching them, I have came to the conclusion that they are awful to everyone and should be shut down
