This lady did not properly inform me upon offering me a top up that

* my existing request for deferred payment will not go through for September 5

*and she did not inform me that they will deduct the loan amount of 4, 248.22 in the first installment which is right after a week!

it should be deducted by October next month

This lady is not considerate of the client she is only after her sales for month end!

She did not consider informing me all these!

I need a Liability Letter under my name Jenny lyn G. Sunga ASAP as I am going to my country for vacation

What is the point of getting top up of 7, 166

4, 248.22 is gone as the first installment

1, 738.81 is all the charges and I ended up with almost nothing

Kindly unfreeze this month’s payment, it should not go within one week as

I have requested for deferred payment for Sept.05, 2017

Please consider this request as I have spoken to Danya - one of your

Customer Service and confirmed that the money will be returned in my

account
