I am extremely disappointed with how Nextdoor has handled my account over the past week. My account has been suspended five times in just seven days, despite the fact that I have not violated any community guidelines or terms of use. I have always followed the rules and participated in a respectful, constructive manner.
No specific reason has been given for these repeated suspensions. The notifications are vague, and there is no clear appeal process beyond a generic message. This has led me to believe I may be facing unfair or targeted moderation, which is both unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I use Nextdoor to stay informed and involved in my local community, and this experience has made it extremely difficult to do so. I am requesting:
1. A detailed explanation of the reasons behind each suspension.
2. A full review of my account by a human moderator (not automated filters).
3. Reinstatement of my account and assurance that future actions will be fair and transparent.
I hope this complaint draws attention to the inconsistency in Nextdoor’s moderation system and helps prevent similar issues for other users.
