I keep being banned from this particular app just for sharing happy things like a flower or a rock that looks like it smiles or something like that. I also prop up the folks who give out free food because right now that is very important for our community.
It seems like the powers that be on this New York Stock Exchange app is extremely right wing and if you are nice to people, you do not belong here! Make sure that you don’t ever prop up pantries for the needy or anything like that because they will ban you!
Recommendation: If you’re an evil person, this is a great place for you because they don’t like kind people

thats because the moderators are a group of mean-girl karens who peaked in high school and have been given absolute power over everyone's posts and because of that they think they are Gods. congratulations on deleting someone's nextdoor post. you are SO important to society.
Based on Nexdoors moderation model, the bias from local mods is expected. Whats surprising and disappointing is Nextdoor Centrals poor 'appeal' process. Several years ago, Nextdoor laid off most of its 'live' reps who managed their 'appeals', and now relies on a few poorly trained and overwhelmed reps, and most AI-bots to handle the 'appeals'. The reps may be domestically or foreign based. Either way, the moderation took a steep dive into negativity and incompetence after that.
