ND community guidelines, is vaguely interpreted and often weaponized by users as means of retaliation against other users who present an opposing view point. I've been a community moderator since 2012 and I've read thousands of reports over the years and I can attest that the laxed membership motivated by commercial gain, has turned a friendly neighborhood app into a hostile environment.
Many users red-tag others merely for disagreeing with them and select whatever criteria with little understanding of what the guidelines mean. This problem is further exasperated when moderators as well as ND admins at the corporate, fail to judge cases objectively and rubber stamp and approve users complaints. This has enabled people to use the reporting mechanism to cancel other users and unjustly suspend their opponents accounts, effectively silencing anyone they disagree with.
It's basically a mechanism of reverse discrimination that's promoted by the ND corporate body.
