SHARVARI HELP!
My order was large and complicated. I did rough draft after rough draft until my design was what I thought would be optimal for my garage remodel. The website took a bit of getting use to but once understood, finding dimensions and product choices became easier. Actually ordering was somewhat daunting after being mentally exhausted from design fatigue. I had my products already lined up on the website and continued to add more but some items dropped off without me picking it up except for the "grand total" change. So all of this was a preamble as to why I needed and greatly appreciated the incredible help of your agent SHARVARI! We are OBSESSED with our new garage cabinets!
My husband and I had a tough time agreeing on the cabinets that we would be putting into our newly remodeled garage. We wanted the space to function as a garage/laundry room, as well as a home office. As soon as I found the Pro Series garage cabinets in platinum, the search was over! They where metal (husband preference) with a cabinet look (my preference). Working with NewAge consultants, I was able to find the exact configuration needed by buying multiple bundles, as well as a few singular cabinets. I initially received a design mock-up that was beautiful, but I was unclear about measurements and so I had to call to speak to someone directly. Manju in particular returned my call and helped me find everything we needed at the best price possible. We received the cabinets ahead of our anticipated arrival date, which was awesome. After receiving the cabinets, my husband and I were able to unbox them and set them up in one day. We realized that we wanted one additional wall cabinet to go above our washer/dryer units, and Manju helped with that as well on the same day I emailed her. Overall we couldn't be happier with our entire experience. We are already thinking about our next outdoor project and will be sure to use NewAge Products again!
New Age Products- Pro Series Wall Cabinets- they are great products!
The Pro Series Wall Cabinets from New Age Products are truly built to high standards! All steel welded construction, top quality door hinge and locking hardware and an amazing paint finish. The shelf height adjustability within the particular cabinets I ordered is very adjustable. I ordered a few wall cabinets in black color about a year ago and just ordered a few more of the same color today to complete my project. I am not a contractor, but simply a "do it yourself" home owner working on my basement and enjoy learning the fast array of fastener hardware and high quality products to complete my basement refinishing project. I installed these shelves in my house basement shop using 2 x 4 hardwood backer boards and Tapcon masonry screws. These wall cabinets can hold up to 200 pounds of weight and there are plenty of wall surface mounting options as seen in the photos. These cabinets come with a under cabinet lighting valence. LED lighting kits are also available through New Age Products. To place my online order, I called the toll-free number and spoke with Vishakha a Design & Sales Consultant with New Age Products. Vishakha very clearly explained the difference between the products I was interested in which helped me make my final decision quickly. While on the phone she walked me through the online ordering process and sent order confirmation emails as well. To be able to make a phone call, have someone like Vishakha to quickly pick the line, quickly answer any questions about the vast array of products to even help you with placing your order is a rarity today. Good looking but not for the pro level shop
Product that aren't the work top meet expectations.
Table tops are not actually stainless steel since they are magnetic! They are stainless looking.
Only a few flaws in the drawers and cabinets, one being the texture and black color shade. There's slight variances in color.
On to the table tops in the stainless steel(fake stainless). These are made of sawdust and wrapped in stainless steel looking metal. (only top, with bottom not protected at all). Stainless steel looks great easy to clean, but is easy to scratch the shiny finish doesn't last long at all. Corners will crack and a few of mine have cracking in them. The steel is easy to dent DO NOT put anything slightly heavy on it and slide it around the top it will scratch and dent very easy.
I've gotten pro series and bold series both look great but aren't for the professional level shop, only a diy'er
The screws to mount the table top to the drawer are not suitable for the size.
The tops will vibrate
After spending just under $10,000 you would expect a great product. I'd say if it were slightly cheaper in price my review would be a 5 star, but for the price I paid it's a 2 star.
I'm happy with customer service they did what they could to help me.

Waiting on the product was poor. I ordered lots of items and the last set had a back ordered time of the end of march (ordered all my products between October and beginning of November)
Luckily I didn't have to wait that long since I raised a fit and wanted to cancel the order.

REVIEW OF DESIGN & PURCHASE PROCESS ONLY
I will do a separate review on delivery, cabinet quality and their sub-contractor installation.
NewAge is a Canadian company, but my first call was answered by a call center in India, which immediately turned me off. I refuse to deal with anonymous call centers, as they pretend to be the company, but they are not, It's not a good first impression, and I was not about to spend thousands of dollars and not have a solid, reliable contact. NewAge seriously needs to do away with that, as I initially decided against them in favor of contacting a local company. Unfortunately, only one offered metal cabinets, and their prices were ridiculous, so I was compelled to complete the on-line contact form with NewAge, and hope someone at the actual company would call me back.
They did. I got a prompt response from Aysha Brown, a Customer Experience Concierge in Canada. Aysha did not hard-sell or pester me, but she was good to follow up and quick to respond. She soon set up a 3-way video conference between the designer Asmaa ELsawi (also in Canada) and I, and a representative at the factory who showed cabinet details and answered product questions.
From that point, I dealt exclusively with Asmaa, who had the patience of a saint, and was always happy to make a change. She stayed with me for as long as it took, and as many times as it took to get the final plan. She telephoned me several times to follow up, and to ask if there was anything I wanted to change or add. And although my credit card was charged correctly, a glitch in the NewAge system generated an incorrect receipt, showing a charge for two-times the actual tax. This is something corporate I.T. Needs to look into and get fixed, but Asmaa was immediately on it to get me a corrected invoice. I don't know how the other designers at NewAge are, but Asmaa is excellent.
The downside to this process is, that unlike particleboard or "wood" cabinets from local garage companies, you can't get custom sized cabinets, and NewAge does need to add a couple of pieces, such as a Tall Corner Wall Cabinet to match their tall wall cabinets, and a 48" Integrated Display Shelf that actually fits into a 48" workbench space. And, it is of course up to you to measure accurately, double-check for potential clearance problems, and take the time to carefully consider the layout you want, but the upside is that the process is surprisingly smooth, and from start to design finish only took a few days. So far, it has been much faster than waiting for a local company to come out, and I was able to get metal cabinets for a much better price than locally. Aysha and Asmaa earn the company 5 stars so far. I will update after delivery and installation, and add photos.

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

***WARNING*** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Took 5 months (plus) to get the 14 piece set I ordered. They never communicated with me to tell me how long it was actually going to take to receive. Finally received my items and everything arrived okay. It was 2 seperate deliveries. The first delivery that arrived was dropped off in my driveway and left there. No phonecalls, text messages, emails, or anything else to tell me when it was coming. I was at work when they left it at my house. The second delivery the trucking company contacted me to set up a day. I put everything up and it looked great. Not much sturdiness to them but it will do. I decided to order two 36" cabinets in the same color (that I waited 5 months plus for). The same trucking company drops off the two 36" cabinets in a van while I was at work (again) and never contacted me to let me know it was coming. I checked my security camera system and watched the trucking company arrive. They had my two cabinets laying flat in the van as they are too tall to stand up in the van. They stacked other goods on top of the cabinets and damaged all the doors on the cabinets. I got home and opened the packages and that's when I realized there was damage to the items. I immediately called NewAge. They put the act on about I'm sorry this happened and blah blah blah blah blah...! After having to get on them they stated that the report for the damaged goods had to be sent to the supervisor for approval and that they would get in touch with me soon. About 2 or 3 days later I received an email stating that I had 2 options. First option was to keep the damaged goods and receive a $150 credit. The second option was that some technician would come and try to repair the items.
I had responded that option 3 was their best option which was to send me 2 new cabinets just as I ordered them! I informed them that it could become a legal matter. The next day they responded that they would send two new cabinets to me. About one week went by and I had heard nothing. No phone calls, no text messages, no emails, nothing. So I had to call NewAge. Nobody in that company knows what the hell is going on. Nobody would give me an answer! Finally, I got in touch with some buffoon. They said to keep the 2 damaged cabinets, donate them, or toss them in the trash. I had found a place to donate to Vets. They had accepted the donation verbally as I told them that I have to wait for the new cabinets to arrive first. Then a few more days go by. I still haven't received any information about when the new cabinets would be shipped out, a tracking number, freight company info, nothing! I had to call back AGAIN! Once again, nobody knew what they were doing! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! Again, I finally got in touch with some guy (forgot his name). He proceeds to tell me that the cabinet color I ordered is not available and there's no stock anywhere, any backlogs, or any dates in the near future to get stock. That meant another 5 months at least to wait for two new cabinets. I asked for 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color. The guy tells me that he'd set up a date to come pick up the 2 damaged cabinets and that I could repurchase 2 - 30" cabinets afterwards. Mind you that my garage was filled with all the stuff that was meant to be inside the 36" cabinets. It was a mess! I said what's the difference? Just send me 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color and give me back the difference in money. Nope! They want to keep your money! Greedy to say the least! Was not helpful in any way! Finally, I asked what colors they have in the 36" size cabinets. The guy tells me Red, and all Black. I needed the cabinets bad as my garage was a mess. I told him to send the Black. Then I brought up the 2 damaged Cabinets and he tells me they were going to take them. I went off on this guy because I had already asked the Vets organization if they wanted them. How embarrassing is that to turn around and tell them that they can't have the cabinets now because this company has a bunch of braind*ad people working there. After going back and forth for several minutes the guy said to just donate them.
Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You were told! There are many other companies out there that are way better and have way better built products! Just do some research and you'll find other great companies! Also, do not buy NewAge through businesses like BJ's Wholesale, Lowes, Home Depot, etc... because you'll be dealing with the same b. S. that I just explained above even when you buy direct.

Disappointing Experience with Newage Products BBQ Conversion Kit and Technical Support
As someone who loves to fire up the grill, I was excited to purchase a new BBQ from Newage Products. However, upon receiving my grill and converting it to propane using the kit provided by Newage, I was disappointed to discover that the grill was heating up way too much. I reached out to Newage's technical support team for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution to the problem.
To make matters worse, I found that the gas orifices provided by Newage were too large, which only exacerbated the issue. Consequently, I had to take matters into my own hands and hire a professional at my own expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was able to achieve with the conversion kit was a whopping 410 degrees with the burners set at the minimum setting. When I brought this to Newage's attention, they simply advised me to use the grill with only one or two burners on, which was ridiculous.
Despite this setback, I will say that the grill itself is of decent quality, but the conversion kit and technical support provided by Newage Products were lacking. It's such a shame that my experience was negatively impacted by these issues as I was really looking forward to enjoying the BBQ.

Negative Review: Newage Products Grill - A Waste of Money and Headache-Inducing
As an individual who is not typically one to leave reviews, I feel that it is my obligation to share my negative experience with the Newage Products grill. At almost $2000, one would expect a top-of-the line grill, but sadly this was not the case. I encountered issue after issue with this semi-stainless steel grill, and it has caused me nothing but headaches.
After less than a year of use, the ignitor failed and to my disbelief, replacement parts were not available. As a result, I now have to light the grill using a long lighter. Newage Products Outdoor Cabinets Promise Durability but Fall Short - A Disappointing Review
As a consumer, I had high hopes for Newage Products' aluminium Outdoor 3 piece cabinets that came with stainless steel counter tops measuring 97" x 24". The website advertised the product as weather resistant, providing reassurance that it would be able to withstand various types of yard debris, water, snow, and wind. However, despite these promises, I was truly disappointed to see that the stainless steel counter tops corroded in less than two months.
When I contacted the customer service department to express my dismay, the representative informed me that corrosion is bound to happen if there is any chlorine or salt present in the environment. While my house is located around 1/2 mile from the ocean, we do not use chlorine. I was surprised that the company neglected to inform consumers beforehand that their stainless steel was not actually weather-resistant. As it turns out, this product only caters to those who do not have any salt in the air around their house.
I initially ordered the product through the company's website, newageproducts.com, but they also offer the product through other retailers such as Homedepot, Lowes, and Walmart. I had to pay an additional $2400 for shipping to Hawaii, making it much more difficult to return the product.
As buyers, it is frustrating to pay good money for a product that fails to deliver on its promises. I would recommend that Newage Products reviews and amends their advertising to provide accurate information so consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
