Newage Products review: Beware

I ordered a garage storage unit from Lowe's. They used New Age products to fulfill the order. My delivery date came and went and Lowe's handed me off to New Age's customer service. They gave me some story about my order being stuck in Northern CA and they just can't get it to Phoenix. What delivery company can't move an order to SoCal and then on to Phoenix? I've been waiting 28 days now and the only contact they make with me is through emails stating that the order is still stuck in Northern California. AVOID this company at all costs.
