Garage Giant Garage Giant Review: Great Selection but Poor Customer Service Experience

As someone who just recently shopped at Garage Giant, let me tell you about my experience. I placed an order for a bamboo NewAge cabinet set and had some questions about the difference between version 1 and version 2, as well as how to add an LED light system. Unfortunately, I found it frustrating that there was no easy way to get in touch with their customer service team. The only option available was to leave a voicemail. This lack of immediate customer support was quite disappointing, and it added some unnecessary hassle and stress to what should have been a relatively simple and straightforward purchase. That being said, I did manage to go ahead with my order, and the cabinet set arrived on time and in good condition. So, while the online store is okay enough with their overall selection and shipping process, I do wish they had better customer service options for those of us who may have questions or concerns.

Garage Giant Misleading Stock Information on Garage Giant's Website

I recently made a purchase with Garage Giant for a toolbox that was listed as in stock, and I was extremely disappointed to receive an email follow-up indicating that I wouldn't be able to receive the item until some time in February. This notice came as a shock to me, considering the website still states that the product is in stock and ready to ship, with an estimated delivery timeframe of towards the end of December. It's understandable that circumstances can sometimes change, leading to unexpected delays, but I do believe that it would be greatly beneficial for the website to be updated frequently so that customers like myself aren't being misled.

Overall, I found the entire experience to be rather inconvenient and frustrating. As a customer, it's important to be able to trust that the information provided on a website is accurate and up-to-date. When this isn't the case, it can lead to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. While I cannot speak to the quality of Garage Giant's products or customer service, I would advise that the company review their website update policies to ensure that customers are receiving the most accurate and up-to-date information. On a positive note, I do appreciate the follow-up from their team, albeit it was a frustrating one.

Garage Giant Mixed Feelings: A Review of My Experience with Garage Giant's Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Garage Giant and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I received less than satisfactory advice regarding a tabletop I purchased. This resulted in me having to buy additional pieces from Lowe's to make it work. To make matters worse, when I contacted NewAge for help, they were unable to provide any solutions, indicating they were aware of issues with the product.

On the other hand, I appreciate that Garage Giant has been helpful in resolving product issues and arranging for replacement deliveries. While this is not their direct responsibility, it does show a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with Garage Giant has been a bit of a mixed bag. While I have had some difficulties, I appreciate the effort they have made to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Moving forward, I hope to see improvements in the advice and guidance provided to customers, as well as better communication with manufacturers regarding product quality.

Garage Giant Review of Garage Giant - Decent but Needs Improvement with Notifications and Pricing Transparency

My experience with Garage Giant (garagegiantusa.com) was alright, but not great. Although the order confirmation mentioned that I would receive an e-mail once my order was shipped, I didn't receive any such notification. This left me wondering about the status of my order and left me feeling a bit frustrated.

Another issue that I encountered was with the pricing of their tiles. After I made my purchase, I contacted the manufacturer of the tiles that I had ordered and was surprised to learn that I could have gotten them at a significantly lower price. Unfortunately, my order had already been shipped and I was unable to cancel it. This made me feel as though I had been overcharged and could have saved some money had I researched more before purchasing from Garage Giant.

While the shipping was quick and my order arrived the very next day after it was shipped, I was overall disappointed with the experience and might seek out another company for my next order. I hope that Garage Giant will work on improving the accuracy of their notifications and pricing transparency to ensure that customers feel more confident when making purchases through their website.

Garage Giant Garage Giant Cabinets Disappoint: Limited Assembly & No Instructions Provided

me in bringing to light my experience with Garage Giant. I am a recent buyer of their new age cabinets, and I must say that I'm quite disappointed with how things turned out.

When I placed my order, I was under the impression that the cabinets would arrive almost 90% assembled; however, that was not the case. Instead, my order arrived completely broken down, and with absolutely no assembly instructions included. This was a frustrating surprise, especially since I was under the impression that 'minimal assembly' was required.

The lack of assembly instructions was especially troubling, as I felt that I was left to completely fend for myself in assembling these cabinets. Given that I do not have any carpentry or assembly skills, the idea of putting together these cabinets was daunting to me. I then had to pay additional money to hire someone to complete the assembly for me, which was an unforeseen expense.

I feel that Garage Giant needs to be more upfront with their customers about the level of assembly required for their products. I understand that some people might be comfortable with assembling their own cabinets, but for those who don't have that ability or skill set, clear instructions should be provided. Any misleading information should be corrected to prevent future frustrations from customers.

Furthermore, I do not believe the shipping package was suitable for the size and weight of the cabinets. It was not properly reinforced, causing the cabinets to move around and knocking into one another, resulting in several dents and scratches during transit.

While returning the cabinets may be an option, it would be challenging to do so given the size and weight of these cabinets. I also believe that this would be an unnecessary complication and extra inconvenience.

In conclusion, I believe that Garage Giant needs to be more transparent about their products' assembly requirements and different shipping options to prevent future frustration from customers. I hope that future purchasers will be informed about the level of effort required for assembly and provided clear instructions for assembly.

Garage Giant Mixed Emotions: My Experience with Garage Giant's Ulti-Mate Storage System

My experience with Garage Giant was a sort of mix of emotions. While on one hand, I must applaud myself for not paying closer attention to my purchase since I ended up receiving something that I was not expecting, on the other hand, it felt like a bit of a bummer. I made a purchase for an Ulti-Mate storage system, which came in 11 boxes. The assembly had almost no requirements for tools; just like IKEA, the instructions were in picture form.

But the product itself was strong and durable, which is always a good thing when it comes to storage solutions. The pieces screamed quality and were able to withstand rough handling. While the assembly process was somewhat irksome, the end result was totally worth it.

The staff at Garage Giant were fantastic. They were patient, knowledgeable, and responsive - always just a phone call or email away if I needed help. But despite their excellent customer service, there was still a bit of a delay in receiving the system due to the COVID pandemic. A few weeks' delay, to be exact.

Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with Garage Giant, even though it wasn't perfect. Any time you're dealing with home improvement or renovation projects, there are bound to be a few hiccups. But Garage Giant showed me they're trustworthy and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I'd be happy to do business with them again in the future.

Garage Giant Poor Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Experience with Garage Giant

I placed an order with Garage Giant on April 10th, 2021 and received the item on April 20th, 2021. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong product. I had ordered a 4 gallon pale of adhesive, but received a 1 gallon pale instead. When I contacted their customer service team, they acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the correct item would be back in stock and shipped by April 26th, 2021. However, even though their website stated that the item was in stock, I have still not received any confirmation of shipping as of May 3rd, 2021. As someone who relies on prompt and accurate order fulfillment to run a business, I find this situation to be a waste of valuable time and resources. To anyone considering Garage Giant for their business or personal needs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid similar disappointments.

Garage Giant Mixed Review: Garage Giant - Impressive Selection, Lacking Communication

I was recently in search for the perfect garage storage solution and stumbled across Garage Giant's website, garagegiantusa.com. After browsing through their impressive selection of cabinets, I decided to take the plunge and make a purchase. However, my initial excitement turned into anxiousness as I awaited any updates regarding my order.

It has now been a full business day since placing my order and I have yet to receive any communication aside from the initial confirmation email. Although I understand that quality products often come with higher price tags, I can’t help but wish for more transparency and frequent email updates. A way to log in and track the progress of my order would have gone a long way in reassuring me that my purchase was being processed and shipped in a timely manner.

While the website itself offers an impressive catalog of storage options, my purchasing experience leaves me with a slightly underwhelming feeling. As of now, I would rate Garage Giant at 3 stars. However, with better communication and customer service, I have no doubt that I would happily rate them higher. Garage Giant Mixed feelings on Garage Giant cabinets - impressive aesthetic, disappointing quality control and customer service

. Despite the issue with the cabinets, I do love the overall aesthetic of the product. The cabinets are sturdy and give off a professional, high-end look that elevates my garage. The grill cabinet is also a great addition and adds versatility to the set. However, the height discrepancy between the two cabinets is disappointing and has caused some aesthetic issues. After reaching out to customer service, I was disappointed to find that they were not able to offer a solution and simply referred me back to the manufacturer who was even less helpful. It's frustrating to have a product that doesn't meet expectations and to not receive adequate support when trying to resolve an issue. I hope that Garage Giant takes steps to improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

Garage Giant Garage Giant Nightmare: Beware of This Company Before You Buy

As soon as I decided to upgrade my garage, I knew I needed top-quality garage cabinets to complete the transformation. After much deliberation, I decided to take the plunge and order the ultimate garage cabinets from Garage Giant's website (garagegiantusa.com). Little did I know that this would turn out to be a nightmare experience.

To begin with, Garage Giant took my payment of close to $35 hundred without a hitch. However, it was all downhill from there. I waited and waited for weeks for the delivery of the cabinets, but they never arrived. Finally, I received a call from Garage Giant, informing me that FedEx would not be able to deliver the cabinets. You can imagine my frustration and disappointment when I heard this news. I mean, who doesn't want to receive premium garage cabinets in good time?

To add insult to injury, the one person team (M) that Garage Giant has in place told me that it would take weeks to issue a refund for the money they had been holding for weeks. What a joke! I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care at this point. I knew I had to take matters into my own hands.

After sending M a lengthy email and copying my attorney on it, I was finally able to get my refund the same day. It's ludicrous that it took all that drama and red tape to get a refund for a product I never even received. The entire experience left me feeling drained, angry, and utterly disappointed.

Trust me when I say that you should not order anything from Garage Giant. They tried to shift the blame for the delay and non-delivery of my cabinets onto the manufacturer while my money was snugly wrapped in their pockets. It's plain to see that they are con artists, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. You will thank me later.
