The intercom has been out of order for months. I have submitted a maintenance request on 8/9/25, but the work ticket [protected]) was closed without any reason and NYCHA has not repaired the intercom. I struggle with health issues and need to have most of my food and groceries delivered. It's a problem when the lobby door is locked and I'm unable to buzz the driver into the building because the intercom is not working, and then I have to come down to open the door and allow the driver into the building. This is frustrating and increases my hardship. The broken intercom has been an ongoing issue that NYCHA has not addressed.
