Medication with no oversite, nursing administered, no accountability... Doxycycline was prescribed for 6 yrs for eye infection after 4 yrs developed gastrointestinal problems lost 30 lbs and 3 colonoscopy with inconclusive results, finally gastroligist saud consistent with crohn’s disease and they started on humira injections in january 2020. Gastroligist wasn't aware of doxycycline use since 2015 because it was march 2021 when dr gary reasor questioned why robert was taking. That's when erin (neurorestorative nurse) looked up and called pharmacy and told for eye infection as far back 2015.

Desired outcome: accountability for medication administered unnecessary caused damages..
