Last Thursday I ordered a gift for a very special friend of mine. I was told it would only be able to deliver on Monday, so much for same day delivery...
As of today the gift has still not been delivered with zero communication or explanation given. I have sent mails that have gone ignored and as I live in Australia, I asked my Mother to call them there (Johannesburg, South Africa). They were incredibly unhelpful and rude but told her that it would be delivered today, Tuesday the 14th of January. It still has not been delivered and I am absolutely disgusted in the unacceptable level service. They don't care about their customers and just want their money.
