NetFlorist Order number [protected]

Dear Sir / Madam

I placed an order with order number [protected] on the 09th February for delivery on valentine’s day 14 February 2022.

I called and spoke to 5 people throughout the day (10h00, 12h00, 14h00, 15h30, 16h45), namely Calvin, Nsapeng, Lethabo, Motlala and Kiana, but only 1 part of my order was delivered yesterday 14 February 2022.

I called this morning at 08h30 to advise that I required my order to be delivered as priority as it was not delivered on valentine’s day.

I was assured that it was out for delivery and would take priority.

I called again at 11h00 and 13h00 and 14h55. My orders did arrive at 15h41.

To my dismay, I received a picture of what was inside my order (see attached picture). Look at what the recipient received. Is this the sort of service that you offer? The world needs to know of this poor service.

I have not words as to the pathetic service I have received.

This is not the 1st time that I have received such bad service (see attached complaint in 2021).

I will be sure to notify everyone never to use Netflorist ever again as their service is pathetic.

On the 11 Feb I did an online order [protected] - R589.85 - within 2 hours I received an email claiming the item was not in stock, did I want a credit or a refund. Responded I wanted a refund. Within 2 hours I received an email claiming that the refund had been processed (note still 11 February). On the 12th of February the amount of R589.85 was debited from my account! It is now 17 Feb - no refund - no response to emails. Online chat - no response. Telephoned twice. Apparently the finance department has no telephone lines according to the agent and hence it takes 24 hours to get a request or enquiry to them! Totally ridiculous! 6 Days and still waiting for my refund!

Desired outcome: REFUND PROMISED NOT RECEIVED AS YET

NetFlorist Delivery at Midday the day AFTER Valentine's Day

I ordered a cute soft toy and chocolates for my nine year old son on the 8th of February to be delivered for Valentine's Day (14th of February). We received a text from RAM courier at 08:57am on Valentine's Day saying the order was out for delivery. We waited home the entire day, only to receive a call from RAM at 17:26 explaining they would only be delivering the next day. RAM updated the tracking log after 17:00 stating we were unavailable for delivery which was a complete lie. I called Netflorist and they were not helpful at all, simply stating they would follow up with RAM. Today (15th February) I expected the delivery to take place first thing in the morning as a priority delivery but, I called RAM only to be told they could not give me a time estimate. Eventually they delivered just before noon. This is completely unacceptable service as Netflorist is not cheap and I paid for delivery expecting it would arrive on the day selected (which they confirmed via email). They take your money but, they do not care about their clients. NEVER again!

Desired outcome: Apology and partial refund (at least for delivery cost).

NetFlorist Red Roses in Craft Paper

Good Day Sir/Madam

I would like to let Netflorist know that you ruined my Valentine's day surprise to someone I deeply care about. Us people that utilize your service expect to receive what we pay for. Yet, in my case you under-delivered horribly and I feel like you pulled a fast one on me.

Let me tell you what I paid for. I paid for 24 Roses in craft paper. What you delivered was 7 roses and sum were still rose buds.

I would like to know, how are you going to make this right? Order no:[protected]

NetFlorist Poor Service

My husband placed an order for valentines day this morning, 14th February 2022, @ 7:45 am to be delivered at my work address today. I got home and my husband asked me where is my flowers and i asked him what flowers.

I left work @ 4:30 today with no flowers and now you say they will deliver tomorrow. It defeats the purposes as it is not valentines day tomorrow. The order number was [protected]. I phoned in and requested for a manager and was told there are no managers on duty. What a shock.

Desired outcome: I want my flowers delivered to my work address tomorrow before 12pm. If my flowers are wilted i will send it back. I would also like an apology and a goodwill gesture.

At 11:09 am today i received a email today . stating that my order will be redelivered with fresh flowers today. I got a call now where i was told that the flowers will only be delivered tomorrow. WHAT A JOKE!

My husband ordered a rose bouquet for me for Valentines day which was supposed to have been delivered on the day to my work. He placed the order @ 08:45pm. When i got home i still did not have the flowers. At about 6pm the evening i got a call that they were at my work and that it is closed. This morning that wanted to hand over wilted red roses which was in an uncooled vehicle the whole of yesterday in the heat. Will never trust this service again and will advise all who wants to order from them not to do so

Terrible service. I have ordered a gentlemen's club giftbox for my husband. it included a personalised (name printed) on the black gift box, headphones, and 3 different snack packets of biltong. I wanted to return the complete package or even just the headphones as the headphones were made of extremely cheap and bad quality. They had the exact same gift boxes with a different item in it, which i then proposed to do an exchange of the headphones. they could not do that. i then requested a refund, and they said they can refund me, but the trick is they will need to deduct 50% (R250) of the gift price and also the full delivery fee of R89. which was a waste of my money and a complete loss for me. i wont even give the headphones to my son to use. Very dissatisfied! Won't be ordering from them again. Will remain a loyal customer of Take Alot.

NetFlorist Product and customer service

Good morning

I'm sending this email with a very unhappy and unpleasant heart, I had ordered a 6 piece coconut crate for valentines , the crate with Pistachios (100g), Wasabi Nuts (100g), Caramel Peanuts (100g) and 8 delicious Lindt Coconut Chocolate truffles but I received what seems like a 6 piece salted nut and raisen crate with Lindt truffles instead...So obviously I sent a message on your website but get no response,then I call and speak to a Salome who then proceeds to inform me that there won't be a second delivery done today to rectify this yet, firstly it's a valentines gift and last time i checked that was today and then secondly I was not at fault someone on your end turns out to be incompetent.

Now this is my second order from you that seems to arrive incorrectly which in all honesty pisses me off because what's the point of having options upon ordering on your website when someone on your end decides to do just do what they want anyway if I didn't want anything specific I could just as well have said,well send me anything for my monies worth but thats not the case.I'm not sure how this is gonna be fixed but I expect it to be sorted today 14th February 2022.Current contact details besides this email address I'm sending this mail from is [protected], I will be awaiting a response at your soonest convenience.

NetFlorist Ra2334 duo of haute cabriere and lindt chocolate

I ordered a duo of haute cabriere and Lindt chocolate on 14/01/2022 and the delivery happened same day. I wanted to surprise my friend Charity however she only received the Chardonnay and not the chocolates, I called the guy who made the delivery (+[protected]) with that number and he advised me I would receive a call from Netflorist to get this sorted and maybe change the address to home as we do not work weekends of which I did not receive the call till today Monday 17/01/22. I paid for 2 things and only received 1. I am very disappointed in Netflorist as I always buy from from them and they've never done such!

Desired outcome: I need the chocolates delivered!

NetFlorist Towels

Unethical behavior

I placed an order in December where there was no stock. I called again last week and the person Virgil told me there is stock and will be delivered on Saturday which was not done I called again Monday and was advised that the order has been dispatched to be delivered Monday. Today I received an email to say there is no stock. The person I ordered same for is moving, and now I feel it's unethical to give such information. Today I report Netflorist for the unethical behavior and would like you to resolve same today. Telephone number [protected]

Unethical behavior

I placed a order in December where there was no stock. NetFlorist Headphone

I've ordered and they sent a wrong thing I logged a complaint and they said they'll send the replacement. A day later I'm told they'll credit my account and I must re-order. Who supposed to fix this and What's so difficult with replacing with the same Pictures I've sent as they only have to fix their mess, why must I be the one to help them fix. Last they where so quick to replace and refund the complainant because she was someone famous with no hassle now it's me they are taking me from pillar to post.

Why did they say they will replace and sent the new item not me re-ordering.

They must come and fetch this nonsense they sent and provide me with the product that I paid for. I have no longer have any intentions of logging in on their side I've lost interest so me ordering again I won't. They must replace with information they have about the product that I previously sent.

NetFlorist Credit Not allocated

I was confirmed a credit voucher on my account after Netflorist messed up my husbands birthday surprise order. When i called to query and complain they committed to issuing a measely R150 credit which after many many phone calls they still failed to allocated.

Desired outcome: I want my credit promised plus doubles for all the stress and time wasted on phone calls and emails to query this

NetFlorist Non delivery of items

I placed my order on the 22nd of December. Order # [protected]. My expected delivery was for the 24th of December all to the same address. I tried tried to track my delivery via the website and it only showed 1 item. The status indicated non delivery. I contacted the call centre and Noktula assisted me. It appeared that the courier service showed that my address was incorrect. She confirmed the address with me and the address I gave and that was on the system was correct. She then promised to investigate further and would contact me. By after 4 I still received no response from Noktula. I contacted the call centre again and spoke to Cleopatra. Apparently there was a message for me placed that by Noktula that the courier service could not locate my address and that the deliver was to be rescheduled for the 28th. I am extremely shocked and very disappointed with this. Could the courier company not call? Another parcel was delivered later that evening and there was no issue there. Why should I also pay separately for delivery for 3 parcels going to the same place and why were all these parcels to be delivered separately when it is part of the same order. Your delivery process is not very effective. When speaking to Cleopatra I came to the conclusion that the Netflorist call centre agents have no pride in what they do and could not be bothered with customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused and said that her process was to escalate the issue and they will contact me. I have not been contact till today. I spent a lot of money on these items and I still have not received my parcel. I would even go so far as to say Netflorist has stolen from me and should be prosecuted for theft? Netflorist continues to make a mockery of those using their service andd fails to deliver. I need answers and I will not take this lightly.

NetFlorist Delivery

Placed a birthday order and paid for it 7th December 2021 to be delivered 9th December. 9th December at 14:30 I recieve a phone call from net florist asking if the contact person is a patient at sunward Park Hospital or a patient. I confirm she works there but has left for the day and request delivery to pls take place the 10th December delivery before 14:00. At 13:30 the 10tj December I phone netflorist to confirm a update on the delivery I am informed the parcel is still at the depot wtf its already a day late and they leave it behind again. I request that they please phone the receiver and ask for a change if delivery address. The call center agent phones me back and says arrangemts have been made with the reciever and parcel will be delivered before 8pm that evening This never happened I phone again the11th December at 08:05am I get told they very sorry but the parcel had not been manufactured yet and that it was out on delivery. Company is pathetic and I hope all can read this so that they know how incopatant netflorist is. I request there and then I want the order canceled they say a full refund will be given in 3 days.

I want my money back got another company to deliver a different birthday gift for me and it is done all in one day. We're netflorist can't get a simple birthday gift delivered on the day of the birthday.

NetFlorist Service

Twice now I have received unsatisfactory service from Netflorist.
- they say the order is out for delivery, but it never arrives
- then a follow up call reveals that the items are not in stock, but no one informs the client.
- it's constant back and forth to check wether the items will be delivered
- they Never deliver on the nominated day
- refunds are only given after long conversations with customer service
- bad communication with customers

This company should not be offering services that they cannot fulfill due to stock issues or delivery issues.

NetFlorist Birthday delivery delayed

Netflorist was supposed to deliver my friends package 24 hours ago till today no one has heard from them. They have already charged me and the address on the invoice or order is not correct. I emailed back and no one said anything. I have been calling no responds. I would like to this delivery to be taken to the right person and tor me to be compensated for not getting the services I expected

NetFlorist Took my money but no delivery

I placed an order at 7am this morning.. I called netflorist now to ask.. what happened to the delivery..they said it got lost in the system..so u take my money but u don't deliver..

If I didn't call them now..then I would have thought my flowers were delivered .

I have placed many orders but this time around im v disappointed...

My cousins birthday is today..so no gift from her bcs Netflorist didn't deliver...

NetFlorist Missing items and no response from customer service

I ordered multiple items for my parents birthdays. One of the items I ordered, personalized socks, was never delivered. they delivered a pen with someone else's name on the box and another empty box. When I reached out, they responded saying my brother signed for the items. With no explanation as to what happened to the missing item. I then followed up with them multiple times but no response in over 5 days. I even explained that my brother who signed for the item didn't know exactly what was supposed to be in the boxes as these items were ordered by me as gifts.

I live in the states and will not call them just to be placed on hold for extended times and driving my phone bill up.

I have been using their site for quite some time. But after this last incident, I will no longer be using their service.

NetFlorist Chocolate ordered is not the same as delivery

I ordered Hamilton's handmade chocolates to be delivered on 22 September instead 2 small boxes of chocolates were delivered on 24 September. With numerous phone calls and emails delivery was made 2 days later and not what was ordered as per website. I consider this to be false advertising and total lack of service delivery. See 1st picture what I ordered and 2nd picture is what was delivered and 3rd picture is the display of chocolates delivered.

NetFlorist Orchard delivered with limp / drooping petals

My son who is in Australia sent a birthday orchard to me via Netflorist at a cost of over R600.00.It was delivered on 30 August 2021. When it arrived the petals were limp/ drooping. I contacted Netflorist on 31/08/2021 to voice my dissatisfaction . Ever since then, I have been attempting to get this resolved .(21 emails to and fro) On Friday 10/09/2021 I received email from Netflorist saying that the plant will be collected that day and a credit passed because all the orchards are in this condition. To date no collection was made. Today 13/09/21 they inform me via email that they will not collect the plant (nor refund or process a credit), as the plant is in good condition. And the order say birthday balloons but only received card

NetFlorist No delivery.

A gift hamper was purchased for my mums birthday to ge delivered on 10/09. At 10:00 i received an email to say the delivery iso its way. I called at 16:00 to be told that the delivery wont be done on the 10th. This is not the first time i experienced poor service from Netflorist. I want an explanation urgently as to why this delivery was not done. Pathetic service.

NetFlorist Service delivery

Disappointment on the Delivery Service .

Ordered in Advance - 11 August 2021 for a Birthday Surprise for the 24 August 2021, Today is the 25 August and still no delivery .
i was told by Agent Number 1 External Courier is not answering her calls, Agent number 2 says delivery will only be the 26 August 2021 ?

Netflorist is suppose to be an online Gift Shop, yet you take away the meaning behind a surprise on a Special day.

whats the point of requesting delivery dates if it will be changed on the clients behalf?

Netflorist did not let me know of any delay on my Order .

Service is poor.

Desired outcome: Train your staff accordingly and keep clients updated on the delivery status
