NetFloristorder received incorrect a week later no assistance

I am disgusted in Netflorist. A week ago to the day i ordered a delivery to be sent to someone, the order arrived not as per advertised with the sign missing - I spoke to Jordan at Netflorist who advised she would attend to this and rectify this, a week later she has not bothered to do anything, i have sent various emails with only 1 response saying it would be resolved this was on Thursday 03 October. I am absolutely disgusted, what was supposed to be a meaningful delivery was RUINED by Netflorist. you ruined something that was supposed to be special and i am extremely upset.
