Nestle review: Incorrect number of k-cups in a brand new box of coffee

I purchased a box of the Starbucks Butterscotch limited edition K-cups from Walmart on 8/14. Upon opening the box on 8/15, there were only 18 pods in a box that is marked "22". I am very disappointed with this as these are expensive for being shorted that many. Further, after that, I still made a cup and ended up dumping it out as there was NO taste of butterscotch or anything. I have purchased numerous boxes of the starbucks branded K-cups and none have been this bad.

Claimed loss: Monetary loss due to the inconsistent packaging and no taste.

Desired outcome: Please refund or replace. I would very much like a response this this.
