I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent to NCH Support about a licensing issue with several products, including VideoPad and WavePad. They just do NOT respond and it is infuriating. My laptop disk was erased and I had to reinstall applications and now, if I try to activate by entering the license key, it says I have installed the product too many times and must purchase it again - this is unfair! So I have emailed the NCH support for the various products and never receive any response!
Desired outcome: Allow me to activate the software using license keys I have previously purchased.

My sincere and humble apologies to NCH Software - they had in fact replied, and I don't understand why, but the replies had gone into my spam folder and I have only just found them. NCH have always been pretty good with responding, and that is why I was so frustrated.

Sorry you've had those issued Jeff. As per my update comment, they did respond to me and were quite helpful. I do have an ongoing issue in that they keep coming out with new versions and suddenly my license is invalid and it wants me to upgrade.
I am generally happy with them however and find that the software works well.
NCH Software is a disaster. I uninstalled it and it stripped out all of my photos and anything associated with it. I wrote the company and never heard back. I am still dealing with the issues and finding NCH references. It is a dangerous software - do not use it.
Further, I tried calling them - the company wanted me to buy additional software and download otherwise they said they would deal with their other customers and place me basically on hold. Never heard back.
