Native Indian Made — 2 sterling silver feather bracelets

I made & paid for a purchase via online in the amount of $200.51. This was a gift. However, it wasn't to the liking. I then emailed them and they responded by requesting that I return them. I did so, insured. Since the return that was delivered on 1/2/2021 they refuse to respond to my several emails, voicemails, let alone answer the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It'll save you time and frustration if you decide to return any item you've purchased. I had to file a claim through my bank. Which I did today 2/4/2021. My bank will investigate with the USPS tracking number I provided which shows it was delivered. I say this again DO NOT ORDER FROM NATIVE INDIAN MADE! they are thieves! I am so disappointed because I pride myself in making purchases from Native Americans. Eva and Dominika are terrible people and scammers!

    Native Indian Made — Miniature Navajo tea set

    Ordered a miniature Navajo tea set. Paid Oct 7, 2020. Have not received any receipt from the company, tracking info, or the teaset. No one has called me back or responded to my emails. Luckily I paid through PayPal so can file with them to get my money back. I went to look in the online store and they STILL have the item listed as available to buy although I bought it 2 weeks ago?

      On July 2020 I purchase one pair earrings, two charms, two bracelets and a choker from this website I never received a receipt I would like to return the merchandise however I called the company several times left messages and know one returned my calls how can I return these items without a receipt. Yet the company immediately charge my credit card for the amount of $310.49. Please help

        Native Indian Made — 3 bracelets sent back

        Zuni Multi-stone Hummingbird Bracelet. ID 2-9286 Stone had falling out on delivery. Navajo Silver Turquoise Bracelet. ID 2-36240 It was larger then I wear. Sent back and put several items that they could send to replace it. They say the won't return money so I put down 5 items that I was going to order. Navajo Silver Onyx Bracelet. ID 2-36660. IT had a lot if stones and since I received the other with the stone out I just wanted it checked so I wouldn't lose a stone from it falling when wearing it.
