National Recovery Network — FRAUD - SCAM
i too am a victim of this Company. If you need help with repossessing a car i beg that you look elsewhere. when i contacted the company i was frantic trying to get a car back that i had cosigned for. their salesperson was very smooth he advised that there were no fees until the car was recovered and directed me to their assignment form. i neglected to read their disclosure which does not give you an out. i was told by their salesperson that once the car was recovered they would keep the personal items in exchange for the keys. i made several calls and posted on their website several times and no one would contact me. once i recovered the car myself i contact the company to let them know. at that point the owner wanted to speak to me after three weeks of me leaving messages and posting and getting no return calls. i refused to speak to him i saw no reason too. i was contacted by an attorney in Jan 09 Charles w Bassett demanding payment. i filed a complaint w AZ Attonrey General, BBB and Consumer Affairs. i was then contact by another attorney J. Mark Heldenbrands Director of Operations Jimmy Bracy by mail. i settled with them for the amount of 500 dollars at which time i requested a settlement letter. i was emailed a letter wihout a signature with Mr. Bracy's name on it. So i requested something with signature as the letter was not on any official letterhead was simply printed on the paper. Mr. Bracy became annoyed by the fact that i wanted something with a signature on it and informed me that they were not going to jump thru hoops for me. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE THAT REPRESENTS THEM.
