Nathans Natural orviax

ik wil hier bij een klacht indienen omdat ik vandaag en plastic onafgesloten potje binnen hebt gekregen van orviax en daar horen 30 capsules in te zitten en geen 13 stuks
sus ik weet niet wat hier gebeurd is of wat hier de bedoeling van is
maar ik vol mij zwaar benadeeld en wil alsnog een plastic potje met 30 capsules naar mij opgestuurd krijgen en ter compensatie og een extra potje orviax want ik hou er niet van als er van mij gestolen wordt
door wie dan ook
dan had dat plastic potje maar afgesloten verstuurd moeten worden zodat niet iedereen er capsules af kan nemen

Nathans Natural Revolyn

I have sent emails to the above requesting a refund as after using the capsules made me feel unwell so was advised to stop using them. When ordering they state that there is a refund policy...I feel let down by the company for their no response method to answering my emails and upon reading other people's experiences it would appear this is how the company behaves i.e.; ignoring their customers...

Nathans Natural Viswiss

Order number [protected] date 24th November 2016. Goods not received after
Payment of £42.94 was taken. We have tried to get in contact with the company but have had no response from them. This must be a scam and should be reported to the authorities and have there web page taken off line.
I am reporting this to the UK Police and trading standard's department

Nathans Natural Failed to give refund as promised.

I ordered 3 bottles of V-Swiss from Nathan's Naturals on Oct. 28, 2014. When I tried the product it did not work as advertised. The company advertised a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I called the company and got permission to return the 2 unopened bottles. I returned the 2 bottles to the mailing location and after a few weeks got an email from the company, Nathans Naturals, saying that they received the product and would be crediting my account. They did not credit my account and when I called the company, the lady that answered the phone, "Gail", said she would have someone contact me. No one ever contacted me and I repeated the process of calling and received the same answer. At this time I have never received a refund and when I try to call the number today, the call is disconnected right away and I am unable to make contact with anyone. The product name is "V-Swiss".

I have not yet received my order which I made 2 weeks ago, that was recommend by women's health magazine. I also ordered the cleanser as well, I'm not impressed with the slow service and have not even recieved an email with a recepit

Nathans Natural no product received

I purchased 3 bottles of Nuvoryn order number [protected] from the bove company on the 26 September. The email I received back stated that the product will be shipped within 24 hrs of the order time. up till oday I did not receive any product.
I spend R958.00 for this product and want my money back in my account.
How can I get my money back as I have read some say his is a scam other say they got there money back.

Nathans Natural Non delivery of goods

I ordered a buy 2 get one free deal on 26/06/2012 with no product yet being delivered.
I have emailed and had no response. I feel that I may have been scammed and have put a stop on my credit card to stop an further money from being debited.
My credit card company are going to investigate further.

I am from Australia and ordered 26/06/2012 and also have not received my goods.
I am not holding my breath and I to think I have been scammed.
Not a nice feeling at all. I too will try to get refund but not holding my breath

Nathans Natural No Delivery and poor customer service

I ordered a package of 2 plus 1 with order number [protected]. The order was done on the
22/02/2012 and got an automated e-mail saying it has been shipped on the same day. I have been phoning and e-mailing Nuvoryn Cape Town from the 05/03/2012 and since then i haven't got any feedback/response. When i phone I've been told someone is going to contact me within 24 hours and no one has done that. When e-mailing i get an automated e-mail response with no explanation about my order. Today is the 14/03/2012 and still no one has contacted me. What kind of service are you providing? I paid R958.00 that was deposited into your account for this order and this quote is from you " Please Note: All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order time." You also quote "Free Worldwide Delivery - within 5-12 days". It's going to be 30 days in a week's time.

Please note that the customer service number isn't actually customer service. It's an order line. That's like calling a pizza delivery service and getting mad when they won't dryclean your tuxcedo. So part of the problem is that you are focusing your efforts in the wrong area. Just keep sending emails requesting a refund or order status, the phone number won't help you unless you want to order more product.

The same happen to me you will never receive your products. I got this complaint from another person:On 25/ 09/11 I placed an order for Nuvoryn diet pills at [URL Removed] The item was R958 with free shipping and I received an email from Nathan's Natural immediately stating it had gone thru on my credit card. Two days later I noticed that the amount charged on my credit card was R1039, 37. When I queried this with the bank I was told it was an overseas purchase, so I tried to contact the customer service number in Cape Town to cancel the order. After a couple days I finally got through to a salesperson who did not have any answers and who strangely did not even ask me for my order number to trace it. He just said it would be received in two weeks and I needed to e-mail my details in order to cancel. When I emailed I received an advert as a response. After almost a month from the date I placed the order, I received a letter from the customs officials in SA stating that the shipment was not cleared by customs and will be destroyed. I guess it's banned in this country. After weeks of phoning and emailing the South African website, I sent through a complaint on the UK website two months later and was given a refund almost immediately. Please do not order Nuvoryn in South Africa

This is so pathetic, i can't believe people will jst decide to exploit people only for their. Own gains •i place for 2 plus 1 nuvoryn product wt order no [protected] on d 15/3/12 and I received an automated email d same day telling me the order has been shiped•i av been sending emails to nathans natural for several times now for an update up to no avail becos neither do I receive a reply back base on dat or an update on the order•i dnt even know how to get my money since they are not even responding to emails•i ope nathans natural are not fraudsters•

It happened to me to but then I received an email that it wasn't posted for some other reason and I will receive a full refund. That's been two weeks now and still nothing. Not happy not happy at all.

Nathans Natural Non Complaint

This is not a complaint as I had already placed one. Since my complaint though Nathans Natural has put the money back into my account and then I received the products. I could see where the problem came from. The product was sent out nearly 3 weeks after I placed my order. I will be making contact with them to now pay back the money I owe them.

Nathans Natural Charged my credit card and never delivered products!

Ordered the product online. Paid in full and never received the package. Called the call center FOUR times and emailed the company FOUR times with absolutely no response. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANYTHING!
I doubt the product even exists.

I ordered this product 3 weeks ago, I still have not received this product. I have emailed the company several times, and have called the call center many times. Nobody has responded to me. They have charged my card, and I haven't got anything for it. This company and the product is a total scam! Warning to all consumers!

I've received my order after 14 days but i'm very scare to try the product after reading all the feedbacks. Is this product harmful to health if it doesn't work? Really regret of not doing my research before ordering online. We should shared our experience to stop people from ordering online.

I ordered Nuroryn and Purecleanse in January 2013 from which I thought was an Australian Website, which I had heard about on line from Womens Health Magazine. I had to order both product seperately and the first time I tried it refused by credit card, so stupid me I reordered both products again. They did not arrive within the stated time so I emailed them with no response. They finally arrived, not one lot but two. Credit card bill arrived and Yes you guessed it, I have been charged twice, in USD converted to NZD total of NZ$310. I have beeen using these products for nearly a month now and they have not done a dame thing. I am only wanting to lose a few kilos (weight 56KGS).
Return address for these products is the United Kingdom, yet package states if undelivered return to Sweden. I can't believe I have been done like a dogs dinner.
I have today phoned my bank, will be filing a complaint through them. Keep clear of this scam. I can't express how angry I am, I work very hard for my money.

I ordered on the 10 Dec 2012 and received an email to state that my credit card will be debited. Then the next day i received another email stating it has been shipped. I am still waiting! Send several emails to them. - Ronet Cape Town

I ordered the product in Dec 2012 and have not received it to date. I call the orders line every other day however no luck. I even tried contacting them online with my enquiry but no luck either. My credit card was debited and I do not have any feedback regarding my enquiry. I am getting really concerned.

Nathans Natural GOODS NOT SENT

Used this company twice, First time ok then reordered more of same product the deal was buy 2 get 1 free. one item was sent only, have sent several e-mails myto various departments within the company and have had no replies, have also rang number spoke to woman on contact number +[protected] and told her of my plight, she took my e-mail address and told me that someone would contact me, have still sent a couple more e-mails but still waiting.The company has charged me the price for items not recieved.

Nathans Natural Active Colon Cleanse

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! You will be taken advantage of if you think that this produce is going to do a Colon Cleanse. I tried this product for over 30 days with no results. In the past I have used products from Pure Body Institute. These have worked wonders in less than 3 days. I was in a hurry this time and couldn't remember the name. I bought this product thinking it would work...WHAT A JOKE...So if you want something that really works...Please go to Pure Body Institute and buy the Colon Cleanse or other products. They are great and customer service is fantastic.

buy a bottle of their miracle product and I must inform you that this turned out a lie, try to reach them by the Internet unanswered, calls them by phone and their response said that I can return my money in open bottles, the foretaste is that serves to announce that its product is guaranteed if you do not respond to this claim, I will write some reviews, with their data, saying that their product is useless and that its customer service department is useless.

I brought two full containers of Viswiss (natural tablets) and was given and extra one free. After using the free container which did not work I returned two full unused sealed containers to their address asking for my refund of £75.98. Having written twice and phoned three times they will not refund my payment. All future people wishing to use this company should shy away from it as their product is useless and the company will not refund any monies even though the company video promise to refund any monies paid if the product does not meet expectations. I even wrote to the Head Quarters in America but they have not the courtesy back to me.

I have try it, but those pills, wich I have paid 40 pounds for, are not production any efectuar, maybe placebo, nothing els! I lost my money, for nothing at all! Please, don't ever buy this product! It simple not work, at all!

He comprado un bote de Viswiss hace dos semanas y todavia no he recibido nada ni respuesta alguna, no hay forma de ponerme en contacto con ellos¿Alguien sabe alguna forma que no sea un mail a "sales@viswiss-uk.com" ya que no dan mas información para contacto?Mi Banco ya que pagué con la T.Visa me dijo que necesitan que haga una denuncia formal para poder emprender acciones.

the company advertised a money back if not satisfied. Instructions are to email the company and request a return merchandise authorization number. I have emailed them 2 times as per their instructions and have had no reply.

I FEEL THIS PARCEL MAY HAVE BEEN OPENED BY INSPECTION AGENTS IN TRANSIT. I AM TOO FRIGHTENED TO USE THESE TABLETS NOW. THE OTHER TWO BOTTLES ARE O.K.. I would add that I also received another parcel On the same day, for Dfferent tablets from A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND ONE BOTTLE IN THIS PARCEL WAS ALSO OPENED. Nathans Natural Nexaryn and ViSwiss

Spent $143 on 5 bottles of Lexaryn. Received 1 bottle of ViSwiss. Not even sure what ViSwiss is. I have contacted Nathans Natural 5 times with no reponse. I believe at this point they have taken my money and I will not receive the products I've ordered. SCAM SCAM SCAM! I have 3 friends that are lawyers and I will take legal action especially after finding all these complaints. Pull together guys, let's do this together.

What? Are you some kind of competitor of Lexaryn?

I've been using Lexaryn for 6 months now and I'm extremely happy with it. I 100% DISAGREE with you Josh628. I think you should contact them directly if you had problems with your order.

Nathans Natural Sindy Baron

while looking online under antidepressant medications an ad for a natural homepathic supplement caught my attention. It said it was a free trial EXCEPT for shipping and handling. Paid it with my card received it quickly. Jut received my bank statement and was charged $89.89! In 3 weeks, a new one arrived again billing my card $89.89! CAN't get ahold of them-Phone seems to be in New York. Don't be tricked by their ads!
It;s going to be a hassle getting it removed from my bills, lots of letter writings, etc.
Vitamins are nothing to write home about either!

I ordered the free sample of Vilift and received it, it seemed to help, but I never authorized any additional orders or charges. So far I have been charged $89.89 twice and received no additional product.

Nathans Natural, makers of ViLift and Viswiss, are out-and-out scam artists. The claims they make about their products are ludicrous. There are good dietary supplements available, but Nathans Natural doesn't make any. I would avoid this company and their products at all costs.

I recently odered a trial offer only online. And have Since been charged additional multiple charges of 89.89 to my credit card. I have notified the credit card carrier that these charges were not authorized. And have also sent emails and called Nathans Naturals to explain to them that for medical reasons I cannot mix their prodcut with other medication I'm on.

I have asked them to stop all future charges and orders and have returned my most recent unauthorized order to them. I was also notified by my credit card carrier that they are taking action as well to help me with this matter.

My order number was [protected] and I ordered on Sunday 15 December, 2013. I wrote a complaint email that after 10 days I still didn't receive my order, despite them promising to ship it between 3-6 days.
I never received any emails back, no apology and no refund!
DO NOT ORDER. THEY ARE SCAM!

I placed the exact same order that Roxanne Lamontagne did back on 9/10/09 for a 14 day free trial.Today is 9/24/09, 14 days exactly.The company went ahead and charged my debit card for $89.89 plus $1.00 as of of today.I did not authorize these charges to my account, thus leaving my checking account negative $$.I've called my bank and put a stop payment on these charges.I have two phone calls in to this company, but nobody answers or calls me back from Nathans Naturals. Nathans Natural unauthorized debit charge

Nathan' Naturals debited my account for some sort of membership charge ($89.89) which I did not authorize, or want. I had given them my debit card number to pay for (shipping only) on a sample product. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach them by phone and emails. They do not return calls left on answering machines or emails. And when I try to reach threm through their sights, nothing goes through. Their area code is WA, PO> Box is NY, and shlipping address is MI. I live on SS and cannot afford this debit and now my bank is charging overdraft fees for this problem.

I also have not received a product. After reading these complaints I will report them to the Better Business Büro.I will have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Such a shame. Diane Berlowitz

I ordered a sample bottle of the Vilift product and they took out the $4.95 charge out of my account a couple of weeks ago. They sent me a whole bottle instead which I didn't open. They took out $89.99 out of my checking account and never sent me the sample bottle and charged me for the whole bottle instead and I didn't take any because I wasn't sure about it. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and they haven't called me back either. I'm going to the bank to dispute this charge.

This just happened to me too! I'm going to the bank today to dispute the payment! I just filed bankruptcy and certainly don't have the money to pay for this. I'm going to do what ever I can to bring them down. I might get my lawyer involved!
