I arrived for a training session on 3/3/2026. I was immediately reprimanded in a verbally aggressive manner for cancelling a future appointment. The cancelation was made in compliance with her 24 hour cancellation policy. I was additionally accused of being her biggest complainer as a client. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I told her that I would be cancelling all future classes and requesting a refund. I did both within the hour after leaving. I was advised that I would not be issued a refund. I was given the option to use the classes, which I can’t imagine doing after such an unprofessional and accusational affront, or selling them to another one of her clients of which I do not have a list of names and contact information. I am simply requesting a refund of $780 for unused classes. Her policy states that refunds for unused classes are on a case by case basis. I have requested an explanation of my denied case without response.
