NanoSeal

My experience with a subcontractor of NanoSeal, LLC from Conroe, Texas was one of the worst business experiences I've had. The work order from the crew boss was different from the verbal and written contract I made with NanoSeal. They were supposed to pressure wash and seal my driveway, walkway, front porch, back porch, and round patio. The subcontractor was rude and disrespectful, refusing to do certain tasks. He didn't even give me his name or a business card. I showed him the contract on my phone and asked him to contact the Sales Manager before starting work to ensure everything was as agreed upon. I tried calling and texting the Sales Manager for confirmation, but never heard back. The crew boss ignored my questions and waved me off twice. The first time, I wanted information about pressure washing the brick on my home. He acted like it was a bother to answer and didn't seem to have sealed the front porch. The second time I asked a question, he said he was too busy to answer. The other worker couldn't speak English, so I couldn't get answers from him either. I tried contacting the sales manager again, but received no response. The contractor left without letting me know he was finished and left my patio furniture and flower pots in the yard.
