We got windows from LEI Home Enhancements for our 3 floors before the pandemic

We got windows from LEI Home Enhancements for our 3 floors before the pandemic. They said we'd get lifetime coverage for any issues. But now, we've been trying to get help for over a year with no luck. LEI and their installers keep sending us back and forth. A rep came to measure the windows and take notes, but they never filed a report. Now, we have to do everything ourselves to submit a claim. It's not fair that we have to do their job. Both companies say they can't help, but they're the ones who set up this difficult process. We don't recommend either company and we still need real help.
