A New Look Exteriors

This business is not good, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use them. We had damage to our garage from a storm and they did a bad job fixing it. It's been two months and they still haven't finished. We called them a lot and even talked to someone at the Iowa State Fair, but they never called us back like they said they would. The owner never called us either. The ComplaintsBoard.com should take away their A+ rating. I think this is a new business that doesn't know what they're doing. They won't make it if they keep doing things like this.

This company is a total disappointment and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I hired them to replace my siding, gutters, and downspouts, but it was a complete disaster. The salesman promised me something better than LeafGuard, but it was all lies. The gutter guards they installed were nothing like LeafGuard and they already have debris on them. They left a lot of debris behind and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. They also put cheap plastic trim around my lights, outlets, and faucets, which looks terrible. The gutters they installed leaked and they installed some of the downspouts onto my patio and driveway, which was a huge eyesore. They even left cables dangling from my house and semi-secured to a gas line with orange twist ties. The only good thing about this company is the ladies in the office who are competent and nice. I regret hiring them and will have to hire someone else to fix their shoddy work.
