I bought some jeans from namebrandjeans.com, and honestly, I wasn't too pleased with the experience. The jeans I received were the wrong size; it wasn't what I ordered. When I tried to contact them about it, they never got back to me. I sent them an email and even left a message on their answering machine, but it was radio silence. It's like they didn't care about my dissatisfaction at all. I was pretty disappointed, especially since I spent $45.00 on those jeans. To be honest, I felt like I wasted my money. Don't make the same mistake as me; stick with a more trustworthy online store.

Okay, listen up folks. I had a bit of a situation with NameBrandJeans and thought y'all should know. I gave them a call cause I was curious about their Levis jeans. They told me they were "good as new", but when I finally got them in the mail, they were all messed up. I'm talkin' grass stains and wear and tear galore. It was a total bummer.

So, I did what any rational person would do and sent them back for a refund. They got 'em on May 5th and I figured I'd get my money back in no time. But boy, oh boy, was I wrong. I had to get Paypal involved cause they were dragging their feet. It wasn't until June 3rd that I finally got reimbursed. That's a whole month, y'all!

Personally, I think that's just terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Don't buy anything from 'em, if ya know what's good for ya.

Back in the month of February in the year 2023, I had to return a pair of Levi's jeans that I purchased from Name-Brand-Jeans because the size was not right for me. I had earlier purchased products from this online shop and have not had any issues with them. However, on this particular occasion, Name-Brand-Jeans let me down. They did not refund my money for the returned jeans even though I returned them on the day after I received them.

I must say that I was quite irritated by this incident. After all, I had trusted this shop and their products, and they did not reply with the same level of trustworthiness. Such unfaithful behavior on their part has left me extremely disappointed in them. And honestly, I have no intention to ever buy from them again.
