I got a 2019 Nissan Titan from Nalley Nissan of Cumming and was super excited about my first truck. But, that excitement turned into disappointment and lies from this dealership. They told me that the vehicle only had a 3 yr/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and even when I asked about the 5 yr/100,000 mile warranty, they said it only applied to the power-train. I fell for it and got the extended warranty for $3,800. But, a few days later, I found out that I was right about the manufacturer's warranty and asked for the extended warranty to be cancelled. I had 30 days before a fee would be charged. I bought the truck on 4/21 and the cancellation form was dated and notarized by Nalley Nissan on 4/27. But, it sat on someone's desk for weeks before it was turned in. The GM, Josh ***, gave me a bunch of excuses but I still haven't received my refund or credit to my Nissan finance account. It's been 2 months since the form was dated. I would strongly suggest not buying from this dealership. They're sketchy and dishonest. The only good part was working with our salesperson Ali. But, the rest has been a financial nightmare. There are other Nissan dealerships in the area, so think twice before buying from here. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

I wanted to check out Nissan trucks 'cause I wasn't happy with my current ride. Since I live far away, we mostly talked through text and email. The sales team seemed cool and we talked all day, but by the end, the deal didn't seem doable. I thanked them and said I'd look at other options. They seemed legit and repped Nissan well.
But then, a sales rep hit me up with some lies about the trade value of my car. They said they had a program that could beat the other dealership's offer by $2,000. I was stoked and stopped looking at other options. But when I asked for proof, they ignored me. I called the manager and he confirmed that the sales rep lied. I wasted my time and missed out on a good deal 'cause of their dishonesty.
Bottom line: Nalley Nissan of Cumming's sales team is shady and doesn't care about customers. They use sneaky tactics to make a sale and it's not cool. Don't trust them.

Bought car on 12/7. AC no worky when we drove it off. Took it in for fixin' on 1/4, still there. Service guys said part would be in and done in a week. But after 3 weeks, they finally tell me part is back ordered and they dunno when it'll be in. I'm payin' for a car I ain't drivin'. KBB says my car's worth more than what I paid. Tryin' to trade it in, but dealer only wants to give me 26k and charge me all the taxes and fees again. They say I can't get a new loan, but I already got one with *** and they can swap the vin.

I got a 2016 Chevy Traverse from Nalley Nissan of Cummings on 8/26. Sam said it just came in, but it was already online the day before. Matt told me to cancel my warranty and get theirs, which he said would save me money. I checked under the hood and saw dirty oil, no date for maintenance, and no wiper fluid. The car started having problems a month later and broke down on 10/4. The transmission was bad. They either knew and sold it anyway or didn't check the car. I said I'd take the car, even though it was in bad shape, but they said they could get me another car. Renato said he could get me a car for the same price and I could keep my loan, but then he said I couldn't because I bought an extended warranty. I signed the contract, but I finished signing parts after I paid my down payment. I think I should get reimbursed for lost wages and rental car payments because of the lemon law.

I got a car from Nalley Nissan in June . The finance guy, ***, told me and my husband that we only needed to pay $2500 as a down payment. He said we would get a refund for the service and gap contract on our old car, but he couldn't tell us how much because the file was archived. After many calls, he sent me the cancellation forms. I filled them out, and I got one check. When I asked why I only got one check, *** said the service contract refund was part of the down payment. I never agreed to that. I called Nissan and talked to a guy named ***. He said he would handle it, but he stopped communicating with me. I also called ***, and they said they sent my check to Nissan. This is not honest. I want my second refund check.
