The BBB done received over 1,000+ complaints 'bout this company's shady and dishonest practices. Now, I ain't the smartest cookie in the jar, and I learned this info the hard way. Lesson learned, folks! Always do your research on a company, ANY company, especially them online ones, before ya even think 'bout givin' 'em your precious email address.

Now, let me share my experience with NADINE WEST. I received a package from 'em, and I kept a few items, thinkin' I'd be charged for 'em by a certain date. I sent back the rest of the stuff before that charge date, just like their website said. But then, the very next day, I had a change of heart, ya know? I wanted to send back them remaining items I'd kept. So, I tried to reach out to 'em via email 'cause that's the only way they let ya contact 'em. But let me tell ya, time was tickin' 'cause I only had 10 days left after their first response to ship back them unwanted items.

Now, here's where things get real messy. We had ourselves a good ol' back and forth for 4 days, and that's when they dropped a bomb on me. They told me 'bout a return policy that was NOWHERE to be found on their website. Can ya believe that? According to this secret policy, all them unwanted items had to be returned together. And get this, even though the charge date was still in the future, they straight up refused to accept them items. So, guess what? I was still gonna be charged, and if I wanted, I could use the cost of them items as credit for a future shipment, but no refund, mind ya. They basically said, "Hey, if ya wanna do business with us again, send 'em back with your next package."

Well, that was the end of my short-lived relationship with NADINE WEST, let me tell ya. I ain't takin' no chances with 'em no more. So, y'all better beware, my fellow buyers! Don't let 'em fool ya with their fancy promises and hidden policies. Do your research and find yerself a company that'll treat ya right.
