This company is refusing to refund my full deposit. The initial damage list I was provided referenced me being responsible for full paint charges, acid washing the bathtubs, and blind replacement. I requested to view the alleged damages in person as soon as I receive notification & I was denied the opportunity. I should have been granted an opportunity to do so. Under Ga code 44-7-33. All communication has been done virtually with this company as it it their preferred preference. They are disregarding tenant rights however which is not acceptable. I was not given the opportunity to walk the premises with the company which I should have been granted. This has been one of the most stressful events considering I had to secure new housing during this period. Upon showing some of my prior images, which I assume they didn’t know I had, they took off tub charges and decided to prorate the paint. The tub incident alone shows either that their records are not as accurate and precise as they try to lead on and/or this company is fraudulently holding residents, who lack their own pictures etc responsible for existing damages. If I am forced to proceed legally, I will likely be requesting compensation for my time and the hardship this has caused. I will also be making an issue of the fact that the owner of the property showing on my lease (Ys Avon) is not matching county records (valor homes)

Desired outcome: Refund the remainder of my security deposit ( Only received a check for $159.61 out of $1545)
