Mynd – My lease

I've been reaching out to mynd for over a month trying to get housing form completed to renew my lease, usually this take now more than a day. Everytime I mention it Christina, always say I'm forwarding this to our leasing dept, how many depts. does it take to get ONE signature on a form, with technology being what it is it should take a couple hours. Now I'm in the verge of losing both my apartment and voucher. This company procrastination is unreal, and is doing everything as slow as possible. Not caring how it affects the tenants. MYND has been my management team for 4 months.. the washer and dryer are broken, it took four months to cut the grass, took a notice and city violation to get that done. I paid my rent on time every month but was presented with 2 final notices to pay or vacate. I'm stressed and regret my old management team didn't give us courtesy of the change.
