The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. - hasnt cancelled my membership

I asked them to cancell my membership before my 30 day free trial was up and i never got a reply. I sent an email telling them to stop charging my Bedford credit card account and they didnt..I cant find a phone number to call them, but i do not want to use them and i do not want any more charges made to my card

please cancelled my member

please cancel my membership - cannot sign in to web site or cancel membership

did not get any written info until july 13th, membership started june27th. I cannot log onto website to use thier service or cancel membership. Could not cancel over the phone number provided, wanted my e-mail.
