I have wanted to contact the service for more than two weeks regarding the debit of a full subscription, this subscription follows a free trial period of these services.

I used the Service as a free trial user during the period from August 30, 2023 to September 13, 2023. However, I did not intend to use these Services again in the future as I am not absolutely not satisfied.

According to the general conditions of this service, I am entitled to a full refund within 30 days from the invoice date.

So I have already made several requests which have not received any response.

Impossible to contact them directly, and they do not answer you. They absolutely do not respect their conditions of sale which seems to me to be illegal, right? Even when we scrupulously respect their withdrawal procedures regarding reimbursements, there is no response from the technical service.

I am asking to be reimbursed, and I am not going to have fun chasing a company that does not respect its customers if not worse.

This request also implied the deletion of all my data associated with this site as well as the permanent termination of my subscription, to no avail.

I would like to resolve this situation,

Je souhaite contacter le service depuis plus de deux semaines concernant le débit d’un abonnement complet, cet abonnement fait suite à une période d'essai gratuite de ces services.

J'ai utilisé le service en tant qu'utilisateur d'essai gratuit pendant la période du 30 août 2023 au 13 septembre 2023. Cependant, je n'ai pas eu l'intention de réutiliser ces services à l'avenir car je ne suis absolument pas satisfait.

Selon les conditions générales de cette prestation, j'ai droit à un remboursement intégral dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de facturation.

J'ai donc déjà fait plusieurs demandes qui n'ont pas reçu de retours.

Impossible de les contacter directement, et ils ne vous répondent pas. Ils ne respectent absolument pas leurs conditions de ventes ce qui est il me semble illégal non? Même quand on respecte scrupuleusement leurs modalités de rétractation concernant les remboursements il n’y a aucune réponse du service technique.

Je demande à être remboursé, et je ne vais pas m’amuser à courir après une entreprise qui ne respecte pas sa clientèle si ce n’est pire.

Cette demande impliquait également la suppression de toutes mes données associées à ce site ainsi que la résiliation définitive de mon abonnement, en vain.

J’aimerais réglé cette situation,
