Hostile customer service
I came to the all storage in encinitas California simply to drop off a customer.
I followed another car through the gate.
This I found out was a bad idea as a code is needed to access the property. My passenger informed me of my mistake so I stopped right on the other side of the gate (next to the front office).
A woman immediately began yelling at me.
I tried my best to speak to her rationally, explain my mistake and have my passenger hop out and complete the entry process.
I walked to the office to explain my mistake and was met with nothing but yelling. I could not speak. I manage to get out a quick "this is very disrespectful" before a man also started yelling at me. The man was so agressive I thought I was going to be attacked. I have never been treated with this kind of malice in my life from any legitimate business. I left the property as fast as I could in fear of my safety. These people were scary. I asked the passenger about those two individuals.
I'm told the name of the man is Erick. And the woman is sonya. Never going to be taking rides to this place. It's dangerous.
Desired outcome: Drug test? I have no idea what steps are needed to deal with these kind of people.
