My Engineering Buddy review: Flexible hours but frequent policy changes

You can even take leaves whenever necessary without jumping through hoops.

However, constant changes in policies and workflows can be a bit challenging; it feels like there’s no time to settle into a routine. That said, the experience has its rewards. For instance, I recently helped a student facing immense pressure to excel academically. The relief and gratitude the student expressed made the challenges worth it.
