I had to have surgery in May on my stomach to stop the vomiting, heart burn, Gerd in my sleep. I filed for short term disability and had not heard anything on hold for 3 hrs. or more finally got an email and then 3 more emails requesting information all information sent. Then denied said it fell in their time frame of preexisting condition. I also had sent a letter stating that I had no contact and complained about the customer service rep. She sent an email and denied the claim

Claimed loss: Not Paid $2000

Desired outcome: I want my short term paid I pay for this insurance, and this is exactly what the purpose of this insurance is for situations like this
