This is the best company for customer service that I have ever purchased supplements from. I ordered products from them in mid-2020, and circumstances kept me from opening them for several months. When I opened them, I discovered that 4 large containers of whey protein were mislabeled regarding flavor. Even though it had been a long time since I purchased the products, this company gave me a refund for the 4 containers. I recently ordered more whey protein, including one of the same flavor that had been defective, thinking that it would surely be from a new batch. I checked it when it arrived, and it was apparently from the same defective batch, as it had the same expiration date and was the wrong flavor. I contacted the company via their online chat, and the problem was quickly taken care of. I was offered a different flavor, or a different product, whichever I wanted. They consistently go "over and above" what is expected from this type company. Their service representatives listen well and are understanding and courteous.

never receive my purchase and the company dose not want to refund me the money I did purchase of $337 from this company. on 02/04 it is supposed to be delivered to me in my address in Egypt by max 02/28. never receive it..with poor communication with the carrier .. when i asked for cancling my order they told me i have to arrange with the carrier to ship it back
