Order was placed. Money taken from account. Then I was sent a Canada post tracking number - which is actually impossible as Canada post went on strike on the 25th of September 2025, and I was sent a tracking number on the 30th of September 2025. It never showed as as real number even by Oct 3. 2025. Multiple emails, attempts to contact were made and received ZERO response.
Claimed loss: $180
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, or for someone to respond to how this will be resolved with either receiving what I ordered or getting my money back

Email details were incorrect - item was shipped a different way which was not showing in the shipped email correctly. So I was in the wrong.
I have ordered with them before and there products worked great, this current order i put in is on hold. I hope they didn't F me this time.
