Mr Kitchen Ottawa, they ain't finishing the contract and the kitchen project. There's still a bunch of work that ain't done, like the kitchen island ain't level, cabinets ain't closing, and there's a hole in our ceiling that ain't fixed. Plus, there's a cabinet near the fridge that ain't installed right and could damage a panel if we try to open it. We told them about all this, but they ain't doing nothing about it since May. They said they would finish it, but they ain't. We did our kitchen reno during the pandemic and had to make some compromises to help them out, but they still ain't finishing the job. Mr Kitchens is split into two companies, and we've tried to get help from everyone, but no one's doing nothing. We just want to use our kitchen safely. Thanks for listening.

I signed the contract with MR Kitchens on December 20 for $25663.49. The Designer said the installation would be done by early April. But on the week of April 11, 2022, my electrician found that the cabinets were the wrong size and wouldn't fit the wall. I called MR Kitchens and they came to remeasure everything. They sent me a new drawing with a new price of $26379.70, which was close to $1000 more. They pushed back the installation to mid-May. The delivery was done on May 17, but the island and hood fan were not made with the right material. I called and emailed them on May 18 to tell them about the error. We argued a lot before they decided to do something. We had a partial installation on May 19. Then they sent someone to measure the quartz and he argued that the hood fan and island were made with the right material. We argued a lot and they finally agreed to replace the island and the decorative wood on the hood fan. On June 24, we received the hood fan but no island. It's now July 3rd and we still have no news or eta for the installation. We just want the price to reflect what we originally signed on December and an eta of when the job will finally be completed. It's been a terrible experience so far.
