Cabinet & Stone Expo

I recently had quartz counters installed by this company and I am very happy with the counters themselves. However, I encountered a significant issue when I called to address a problem and was abruptly hung up on. The installation took place on March 25th, 2022 at around 11:00 am. Prior to their arrival, we had already removed our old counters. Just before they started the installation, I used the plug in the kitchen to turn on my coffee maker and make coffee. The installers began by leveling the current cabinet and securing some of the cabinets to the wall by attaching pieces of wood behind them. They then used a multi-function tool to remove old glue and prepare the top of the cabinet. The counters were subsequently installed and they looked fantastic. I was instructed not to place anything on the counters or install plumbing for 24 hours, so I followed those instructions. The next morning, when I tried to hook up my coffee maker again, it wouldn't work. It turns out that all three outlets along one of my walls are not functioning. After speaking with a few people, I was informed that it is likely that one of the screws used during the cabinet installation hit a wire. I reached out to the company to address the issue, but they are refusing to accept any responsibility. They cannot comprehend how a counter installation could be connected to an outlet malfunction. Eventually, the manager became frustrated with me and abruptly ended the call. I am still left with three non-functional outlets and I am unsure how to fix the problem without incurring additional expenses, especially when it was clearly their fault. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this company.
