Granite Outlet Of Maryland

They messed up my house when they installed my new countertops. They were supposed to take out the old counters, put in the new ones, move my stove top, and put in a new sink. But they didn't do it right. My walls got messed up, the counters don't fit right, the sink is leaking, and worst of all, my stove top doesn't work and it's broken. It was working fine before they touched it. I called them to come fix it and they kept giving me the runaround. They blamed it on my stove being old, but it's not even that old. We paid extra for them to move the stove, so they should have known it might be a problem. It's been 6 days and they still haven't come to fix anything.

I bought a granite top and backsplash from Granite Outlet of Maryland on 11/11 for $816. I paid $408 at the time of purchase and the remaining balance on 3/22/22. However, on 3/30/22, I was informed that the slab was damaged and I needed to pick out a new one. I selected a new slab on 4/1/22 and asked if there was a price difference between the original and new slab. They gave me a $75 credit, but I still don't know the cost per foot of each slab.

On 4/5/22, the installation was done incorrectly, resulting in the backsplash being cut too short and filled in with clear caulk. I sent pictures to Granite Outlet and they forwarded them to their installation department. I also emailed the sales rep about the issue. Their solution was to remove the backsplash, but I didn't want them to damage anything else. The backsplash was sealed with silicone, which is not easily removable without breaking it or the tile behind it. I would appreciate some help in resolving this issue.
