Mr Furnace from St.Catharines was on time even though their truck said it was from the Peel region. Work was performed in a timely manor, the tech was very courteous (Brendan) and I would be happy to see him again. Graham K.

Fabulous service from the first call for assistance, setting up an appointment for a tech to come out. It was a terrible stormy night and the tech came and made repairs also noting another problem with the furnace. Ordered the part came the next day and ran the furnace to ensure all was well. Above and beyond customer service. Keep up the great work!

Have been with Mr Furnace now for a few years and I am always glad when they send out Claude for any service work or maintance. He is most couteous and knowlegable and makes you feel like a important customer, answers all my questions and concerns! A truly valued employee.

Sept 01, 2021 Everytime Mr FURNACE comes to our home they are always prompt, courteous, professional and efficient , right from the reception to the techs. Today a gentleman named PAT C., came to do a maintenance check of the furnace. He answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He went ABOVE & BEYOND in the service call. Thank you Pat and everyone at MR. FURNACE. Keep up the GREAT SERVICE! KUDOS TO YOU ALL!

I would like to thank Steve a technician for Mr. Furnace (St.Catharines) for his excellent service. He came to do my yearly maintenance for my furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. There was an issue he noticed which could have turned out to be a scary situation. The Fire Department were called - Steve stayed to the end to make sure things were rectified and reassured me and that things were going to be fine before he left. I just want to write a review and thank Steve again and how pleased I am with Mr. Furnace. They are top notch!

I recently had Mr Furnace carry out the annual maintenance on my boiler which provides hot water heating to my residence in NFs. The maintenance was done by one of their Senior Heating Technicians - Claude. Claude is an expert on boilers of the type in my residence. He efficiently carried out a system calibration of my boiler checking the gas pressure, thermo-couple pilot assembly and holding tank etc., He made a thorough safety inspection of the entire equipment and carried out a complete cleaning of the system; he performed the maintenance in a very organized manner and did not cut any corners. Claude pointed out a slight defficiency with existing setup with two of the bleed Vents and mentioned that although while this was not urgent and did not affect the system working I may need to deal with it later. He also gave a quote for a 50 -gallon conventional hot-water tank replacement. Claude's work was thorough, and he finished all his tasks in a organized manner and I was very pleased with the maintenance. After all his work Claude gave my boiler a clean bill of health and assured me that I should not get any major problems this winter. In my opinion he is a credit to his organization and an excellent technician who knows his job thoroughly. I give him a 5 stars out of 5 for his performance and workmanship.
