We had our water heater, furnace and air conditioning unit replaced. The guys were always on time and did an awesome job. Very happy with our service.

Russell has worked on our HVAC system twice now and he is a great representative for the company. He has always been on time, efficient and neat and has always been more than willing to explain the repair needed.

Great service. Came 10 minutes early and stayed until the installation was complete. Very courteous and clean, and took the time to explain they A/C and Heating systems to me in detail, even after a 10-hour day. I would highly recommend.

Very efficient installation team, each knew their work assignment and was courteous to each other and us. We heard a. lot of please and thank you during the day which made my wife comment to the team how pleasant it was to hear such kindness toward each other and us as well.

John H and his assistant Lamar provided excellent service during their installation of the whole house humidifier system. They were courteous, professional, and kept me informed of their progress, and also provided me with information on how to operate and maintain the system. Would highly recommend them!

Manny was great! He diagnosed the problems and devised solutions quickly. The work took many hours over several days. Manny was pleasant and professional; he explained everything in language this lay person could understand. I highly recommend him. I have used Hutchinson for 40 years - Manny is one of the best.

Always a pleasure to have Hutchinson come for service. Clean, thoughtful, and very prompt. And the tech always explains what was (or wasn't) wrong, and what he did to resolve whatever issue. During this COVID-19 period, the tech stayed an appropriate distance, and was appropriately gloved and masked. I appreciated that.

THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS.CON JOBS, MY AC NEEDED FREEON WITCH WAS $25. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTHER BOARD WHJCH WAS $600 PLUS SHIPPING AND LABOR. I AM FORMILY A GENERAL CONTRACTOR RETIRED. AS I WATCHED THE TECH HE DID NOT CHECK ANYTHING ELSE , THEY MUST BE ON COMMISION. IF YOU WATCH THE SHOW FROM CANADA CONSUMER PROTECTION YOU'LL SEE THEIR TRICKS.

I was delighted Hutchinson is still responding to calls for service during this Coronavirus pandemic. I called yesterday morning and within an hour or so, Lamar came to my home. He was wearing a protective mask, shoe covers and was very respectful of my home. He seemed very knowledgeable and advised me what to do about my thermostat not reacting to the temperature I had set. While he was here, he did the yearly A/C check, which I had scheduled for early May. I am very happy with the service I received and am grateful Hutchinson is there for us.

Have been using Hutchinson for maintenance for years..they have installed our Carrier heating system and a Bradford White hot water heater... tech .john hughes outstanding technician...provided great customer service...punctual, congenial, professional, highly experienced...has a very nice way about himself...works with a smile... ,..explained what he was doing and why...and afterwards took the time to program our thermostat...( I didn't have a clue) while providing a verbal tutorial...I should be so lucky as to have him on every maintenance visit...James C Columbus, NJ

Hutchinson Plumbing Heating and Cooling provides excellent service. I have had a heating and air conditioning maintenance plan with them for years and the professionalism is exemplary. In the past year to include 2 March I have called upon them for other plumbing related services. They are extremely responsive and every technician that has responded to a call is very knowledgeable and professional. Although you may pay a little more for the services, you definitely receive exceptional service that is backed up by the Hutchinson name. This is a company that I highly recommend.

Background: 2 independent zone AC units for 2 floors of the house. One (1) of two (2) units died (end of life) in May . Hutchinson representative came and diagnosed it, recommended replacement. Salesperson stopped by, advised replacement, and replacing both units as opposed to 1. At times of "sales pitch" filter recommended and agreed upon for both units was Electric Air Cleaner. Signed contract, units replaced/installed. Issue: The filter type installed is not the Electric Air Cleaner, when contacted sales person, agreed that he may have described it incorrectly. The filters installed are although better than previous versions are not the ones agreed upon, to resolve the matter providing 2 filters (rough value of $100, with life of a year). Now Hutchinson states, the electrical power to the furnace would prevent the EAC from being installed (Not made clear prior to signing of contract and installation). Satisfying solution: Install EAC as originally agreed upon, or terminate contract, and remove units.

I called this company because my air conditioning wasn't working and they were the only company who could get me on the schedule the same day. When the technician arrived, he looked at my Nest thermostat and told me that it won't work because it's not wired properly. I told him that it had worked fine for the past 3 years without any problems. He proceeded to say he didn't know how that was possible and there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he could look at the actual HVAC unit, and he said that wouldn't do anything, it's a wiring issue. He said he could have someone come and run a "C" wire for the thermostat ($$$) so that it would work. But since it has worked for almost 3 years, I knew that wasn't the issue. He never looked at the outdoor AC unit, nor the main unit in the basement. He proceeded to charge me the $79 visit fee for simply coming into my house and telling me he can't do anything. Turns out, the problem was that the switch on the main unit needed to be reset which my husband discovered when he got home. The technician would have easily seen that had he performed his job properly and actually looked at the unit. His poor customer service and refusal to actually listen to what I was saying about it not being a thermostat issue is abysmal. Hutchinson should be ashamed of their employee and the service he (didn't) provide.
