Mr Furnace Heating & Air Conditioning review: Gas fireplace

We booked an appointment on the phone with Mr Furnance on Nov 7/25 to come and service our gas fireplace and they booked an appointment for Nov 10/25 between 8-12 noon. No one showed up and no one called to inform us tht they did not have a technician that could service a gas fireplace. We sat here all morning waiting until at 12:30 I decided to call and was placed on hold and than was informed that they don't have a technician that can service our gas fireplace. So we waiting all morning for this technician. Very poor customer service.
