We absolutely love our new home. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Moses values any concerns you have and is quick to respond and come up with a solution. It's great they have a team to help you in any area through this process. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Very, very unprofessional. The builder gives a 1 year warranty, but what does it cover? Only manufacturer defects. This is a new built home, so what defects could there be? The builder lays grass and puts up a fence, but there's no warranty for them. The fence was put up wrong and the grass in the backyard is dead. The builder refuses to replace the fence or the grass. There's a light and fan on the patio, but the builder won't fix the wiring because that's how it is on the plans. I'll have to hire an electrician to fix the wiring, as well as the fence and grass, all at my own expense. I recommend anyone planning to build with this builder to investigate first. Ask the neighbors, they have a lot of negative information about this builder. Given all the information I received, I would have made a different choice.

MPM Homes built our new home. We closed on March 11. On May 7 we emailed *** of MPM Homes to let them know we found a crack in our kitchen granite that had been fixed. We sent pictures with the email showing the problem. His first response was to say that since we didn't find the crack during the house inspection, we must have caused it and had it fixed. We looked back at photos of when the granite was installed and they clearly show a crack and repair from January . We exchanged emails and phone calls. He completely denies that it was his fabricator/installers fault. He says he can't see any evidence of a crack or repair in the pictures we sent. We think it's ultimately his company's fault for not letting us know about the cracked granite so we could have taken action earlier. He refuses to take responsibility for the fixed crack in the new home's granite. There are also 3 cracks in the granite in our home office. We told him about those and he just said granite cracks all the time. Our complaint is that he and his fabricators knew about the repair and didn't tell us.
