Hello there, I'm a customer of Mill Creek for over 7 years. I've been trying for over a year to get my carpet replaced because it's ripping apart in the hallway. But every time I ask Mill Creek, they give me excuses after excuses, always going around the problem. Some of their employees are always very rude and disrespectful, especially a female employee named Julie. She's very disrespectful and rude to customers. Also, they never let me speak to their manager when I ask. Additionally, there's another employee named Debbie who recently, out of anger, called my employer and harassed and slandered me. We got text and proof, so please get ahold of this company and resolve. I'm not the only tenant that's tired of their harassment and being disrespectful.

I can't believe it!
I can't believe it! Mill Creek Management & Real Estate Sales, Inc. wouldn't even consider our application just because I have a pitbull as my registered emotional support animal. They gave us some weak excuses and didn't lift a finger to help us out. It's so frustrating!
