I've been a customer of Motolegends for quite some time now. My last visit to their shop was to purchase some gloves, boots, and a heated liner, among other things. Let me tell you, the quality of their products is top-notch. I'm not kidding, they really deliver on that front.

Now, I must warn you, their prices may not be the cheapest out there. But trust me, you'll be getting your money's worth with the best equipment available. It's a small price to pay for the quality and reliability they offer.

I can vouch for the durability of their products too. I still have some gear that I bought from them a whopping 10 years ago! That's right, it's still going strong after all these years. It just goes to show the level of craftsmanship that goes into their items.

I've been spending nearly ?2k at Motolegends over the past couple of years, and my latest order was for a Halverson jacket. When it arrived, I noticed that it was missing its tags and there was a repair note tucked away in the pocket. Naturally, I was quite disappointed with this, so I decided to voice my complaint.

The response I received from Motolegends was rather lackluster. They simply stated, "There was huge demand for these jackets at this price and was a waiting list for some sizes. A small number of new ones with minor defects (usually the wrist strap) were returned. These were then repaired by Halvarssons repairers to meet some of the outstanding orders." I was taken aback by their response, as there was no apology offered whatsoever. It was as if they were saying, "Yes, it's second-hand, end of story."

Now, I understand that there may have been a high demand for these jackets, but that doesn't excuse the fact that I received a jacket with missing tags and a repair note. It's disheartening to spend a significant amount of money on a product, only to receive it in less-than-ideal condition without any acknowledgement or apology from the company.

As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money at Motolegends, I expected better customer service and attention to detail. It's unfortunate that my experience with the Halverson jacket order left me feeling unsatisfied and undervalued as a customer.

In conclusion, while Motolegends may offer a wide range of products for motorcycle enthusiasts like myself, their handling of my recent order was subpar. The lack of apology and the dismissive attitude towards the issues with the jacket left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that they take customer feedback into consideration and strive to improve their customer service in the future.

So, I gotta tell ya about this leather jacket I sent back to Motolegends for fixin'. I've had this Halvarrsons jacket since 2014, and it's been my go-to ever since. But, you know, the main zip started actin' up and breakin' on me. But hey, I gotta give props to this jacket 'cause it's still holdin' strong after all these years.

Anyway, I reached out to Motolegends, and they were totally cool about it. They hooked me up with a third-party repair service, and man, let me tell ya, it was effective, neat, speedy, and didn't break the bank. They kept me in the loop the whole time, lettin' me know how things were goin' with the fixin' process. And when it was all done, they wasted no time gettin' it back to me through DPD, which happens to be my favorite courier provider.

I gotta give a big shoutout to the Motolegends team for takin' care of me and my jacket. They really know how to keep a customer happy. So, if you're lookin' for a place that's got your back when it comes to gear repairs, Motolegends is the way to go. They get top marks from me, no doubt about it!

I recently had a terrible experience at Motolegends. I went to their store hoping to replace my gear, which was damaged in an accident last week. But guess what? I couldn't even get inside!

This kid, who I assume worked there, came out and gave me a ticket, saying I couldn't enter because someone else was already in the store. Can you believe it? I've never seen a motorbike store like this before, it's absolutely crazy! It seems like they don't value their customers at all. So, I turned around and decided to take my money elsewhere.

I wish I could give them zero stars, that's how disappointed I am.

And now, to make matters worse, they are publicly trying to shame me for leaving a negative review. Can you believe the audacity? They might have knowledgeable staff, but that doesn't mean they know more than anyone else in the industry. It sounds really arrogant to me.

I've been a biker for 25 years and I've always received excellent service at J&S and Infinity. Both stores greeted me politely and allowed me to browse in peace. When I had questions, the staff at both places were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both stores over Motolegends, especially after what they did today.

Sure, it's their choice how they want to run their business, but they should make it clear on their website or choose a different company name that reflects their policy of not allowing customers to browse freely. Maybe something like "The you can't browse anything here, we won't even let you in the shop until we have sales staff ready to escort you around shop."

As a customer, I want the opportunity to look around calmly before being bombarded by sales staff, no matter how knowledgeable they think they are. It's like they assume customers know nothing about the products they're interested in.

To make matters even worse, they didn't even bother to contact me directly to address the situation after I left in disgust the first time. Instead, they chose to attack my character publicly on Facebook. Thankfully, another biker saw what they did and reached out to inform me about it.

So, I have to ask, is this really the kind of company you want to spend your hard-earned money with? It's a complete joke!
