Montway was quick to respond and has customer service team 24/7 pretty much, however they are only as good as the information and trucking company's that they partner with. FNF GLOBAL INC s TERRIBLE. Do not use this company because they partner with Companys that are NOT BBB Rated, and they rely on "this is an estimate, things happen" to get out of compensating you when things go wrong or drivers don't respond. Our car was scheduled to be picked up door to door service Aug 27/28, it didn't get picked up until the afternoon of the 29th, (with me having to call EVERYDAY to ask about it because they kept saying it will be picked up today, then at the end of the day say "tomorrow". The car was not picked up at our door, the driver called us to ask us to meet him a few miles from our house at a home depot and then my husband had to walk home. The car was scheduled to be delivered the 30th from San Antonio to Las Vegas, so obviously would not arrive on the 30th, so they told me Monday. Monday rolls around, we can't get ahold of the driver / dispatch all day, It was a holiday and finally the driver answered my husband and told him "tomorrow" because the place in El Paso was closed that he needed to deliver to. If he would communicate the company could have told him they were closed. Then tomorrow became tomorrow and tomorrow became Friday the 5th. We will see if that actually happens. Apparently Trucks can break down every Wednesday, because for pick up it was "broke down" wed, and then again for delivery it was "broke down". They can't have another truck pick up it's just delayed? I work in Medical Supplies for hospitals and I never have had this issue in 20+ years of working with Transporation companies. I was providing information to Montway instead of the other way around, I had to nag everyday and I hate doing that. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not compensate as they cite "It's an estimated timeframe" - what company does that, there has to be a scheduled pick up and delivery, I understand things happen, however the lack of communication and honesty about everything really has been the biggest issue. We do not trust this company nor the delivery company. My daughter now has to uber to work everyday $40-$50 daily, because of the delay. Its her first time on her own in an unfamiliar city/State without her vehicle that is paid off and all the items she needed in the car so we also have had to buy her things to help her get by that we should not have had to do. Dispatch was REALLY RUDE FOR FNF GLOBAL ALSO, sent us directly to the driver so he didn't have to deal with us because he would lie - didn't even tell Montway that the truck broke down the first time, so the customer is proving intel to the Broker company.
