CSA This company is the worst

This company is the worst. During a pandemic, they offered no assistance with car payments. They are very rude and don't appreciate their customers. You guys should really do some investigation on this company and check their reviews. They are awful!

CSA I had a problem with this company Credit Security acceptance for about a year now

I had a problem with this company Credit Security acceptance for about a year now. I'm always ahead of time, well ahead on my monthly payments for the car, and CSA has told me many times they appreciate my business. Yet, after multiple calls and attempts about why I don't have access to my account to pay my car off, they don't want to help me. They act as if they don't care or want me to pay my car off. It's really a bad situation. And no matter what payment I make on the car, they don't even provide me with a receipt! They fail to reach back out to me or even follow up with me after I had been told by the representative that a supervisor will contact me. To resolve, my balance says $0.00 on the main page. This should be what I have to pay remaining, nothing at all. I hope that they pay the remaining balance of $3,350.00 as of this date that I file for their discrepancy, which is a failure to resolve the matter and a failure to help me after multiple tries of asking them.

CSA I bought a car from Credit Security Acceptance (CSA) and had a bad experience

I bought a car from Credit Security Acceptance (CSA) and had a bad experience. I had to go to the hospital for emergency surgery and couldn't make my payment on time. When I explained my situation to the manager, he was really rude and disrespectful over the phone. I think he was mad because I emailed them about his behavior. Right after I sent the email, my car got towed. I believe it was done as revenge. I called the manager and paid $618. He told me $175 was a fee and the rest covered my past payment of $250 and the current payment of $193. He never mentioned any additional payments. After I made the payment, he said he received it and would call the tow company so I could get my car back. But when I called the tow company, they said there were $120 in extra fees that we were never told about. The manager never informed us about these charges. I think he tried to add them to get more money. I feel like I was deceived and I'm really disappointed in the company.

CSA I paid off my Dodge Caliber in January 2022

I paid off my Dodge Caliber in January 2022. I called many times since February 2022 asking when they gonna send me the title for my car. They told me three times that they already put it in the mail. I waited and got nothing. My husband called and talked to *** and she said she never talked to me about mailing it to me. She said since we live far away, they need to get a new title electronically or they will go to the archive and get the original, but they don't have a trip planned until next week. My husband said, "No, it's been four months now, someone needs to go to the archive today or tomorrow and mail the title to me." *** replied, "You can want it that way, but that's not how it's gonna be." Then she said, "Well, I'm not gonna be cursed at." and hung up. I called them back and asked to talk to ***. The guy on the phone said she's not available. I told him he's lying because my husband just talked to her. This is ridiculous because I can't even get registration for the vehicle without the title. Don't finance through this company, it's the worst thing you can do! Terrible management and unprofessional behavior.

CSA My name is ***

My name is ***. I been doing business with Credit Security Acceptance for over a year. I been fallin behind on my payments a lot lately cuz of my job loss from the pandemic. I been workin different temp jobs till I can find somethin stable and permanent. I explained this to the company more than one occasion. Sometimes these companies will mail my check which will cause me to miss a promised payment. I had issues with the employees bein completely rude and flat out mean. Just cuz I fall behind on payments and failed to keep a few promissory payments, it dont give them a right to treat me this way or any customer. I asked to talk to Rich on several occasions with them tellin me he aint available or that he dont reach out unless he gets an email to do so. I still havent talked to him. The manager *** is a major jerk and is very very rude. He will talk over me or tell me I dont have money or maybe I should handle my business better. That aint acceptable. He dont know what goes on in a persons life for him to make such judgement. He had my car repoed even tho I told him I would have the money. The same day we made arrangements to make the payment my car was picked up and he said he didnt know about it but another employee told me he was the one who made the call. Today, February 15 I talked to an employee who was just as rude as ***. He asked me if I would like a call to let me know my car is goin to be picked up and I said yes then he turned right around and told me that they would not tell me and basically called me a liar when I repeated what he told me. *** he is very respectful and does his job the way it should be done. If these other people cant handle a hostile situation from customers then they in the wrong business. Just listen to the call from today. You will see I was not tryin to be rude but he kept talkin over me and then he hung *** in my face.
